Toter Incorporated warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. This warranty pertains to the molded part and is not applicable to items such as, but not limited to, wheels, axles, or handles. This warranty does not apply to failures resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, vandalism, acts of God, accidents, lack of maintenance and/or repairs or alterations outside our facility.
