produced through a specialized powder coating
system applied to metal. Materials that can be
coated include plain steel, aluminum, and stainless
steel perforated metal patterns as well as
solid sheets.
Finishes have repeating directional patterns. A
smooth surface is standard (except Weathered
Oak). Wood grain finishes may also be produced
with a “textured” surface (except Burlwood
DS700).
All finishes are suitable for interior applications.
Wood grain finishes* are also exterior friendly
and meet AAMA 2603 corrosion and weathering
resistance requirements (*except Burlwood
DS700). Finishes are available with “antimicrobial” properties by special order.
Finishes are available on a single side or both
sides– please specify. For exterior plain steel
applications a protective base coating is
recommended on both sides.
