The Board of Education is requested to adopt the following resolution: BE IT RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education authorizes Laura Newman and Kerry Reinhardt to sign on behalf of the Commack Union Free School District for the purpose of causing certain insurance companies to pay the proceeds of various policies that are owned by the District to the District and in the case of joint ownership to the named beneficiaries. D. RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Commack UFSD ratifies an agreement between the District and Employee #01651 (attached). E.
