X-BT – The System.
X-BT 4000-A Cordless drill + TX-BT 4/7-110
drill bit
X-BT stud and X-FCM disc.
No more welding or bolting.
X-BT stud and X-FCP checker plate disc.
Eliminates rework on surface coatings.
The unique X-BT stainless steel stud can be fastened into steel min.
8mm thick without through penetration, eliminating rework on surface
coatings. The X-BT system consists of matching components: cordless
drill, powder actuated tool and the X-BT fastener.
X-FCM and X-FCM-L discs suit gridmesh, FRP and composite plate
welded on gridmesh, including the large opening mesh used in the mining
industry. Available in different stem lengths to match grating heights. The
discs are non skid, vibration resistant and do not produce a trip hazard.
The system has international approvals including Lloyds Register, ABS,
GL and DNV.
A fast and reliable solution for fastening checker plate.
The X-BT stainless steel threaded stud can be fastened
to steel min. 8mm thick without through penetration,
eliminating rework on surface coatings. The X-BT
system consists of matching components: cordless
drill, powder actuated tool and the X-BT fastener.
The X-FCP discs are elastic, vibration resistant and do
not present a trip hazard.
Can be used with a sealing ring to prevent liquids
draining through from above.
