THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES OF PEERLESS
TIRE, THE MANUFACTURER AND THE SELLING DEALER, AND IN LIEU OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the
above limitation may not apply to you.
THIS WARRANTY IS A COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF ALL OF THE TERMS OF
THE AGREEMENT AND WARRANTY BETWEEN THE PURCHASER AND PEERLESS TIRE.
LEGAL RIGHTS:
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER
RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

LIMITED WARRANTY-Free Replacement Policy
Subject to the EXCLUSIONS contained in the WARRANTY, if any tire purchased with this
WARRANTY, becomes unsafe or unusable due to defects in workmanship, materials, or a nonrepairable damage by a road hazard, it will be replaced, balanced and siped (if applicable) free of
charge. If PEERLESS TIRE determines a road hazard damaged tire to be repairable, it will be repaired
and rebalanced, free of charge. If the same make and model tire as that to be replaced is not available,
a tire of the same basic construction, quality and value may be substituted by PEERLESS TIRE. A “road
hazard” is that which causes any puncture, cut or tear of the tire body.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER TO MAINTAIN THE TIRES AND VEHICLE.
Under normal driving conditions, PEERLESS TIRE recommends that the air pressure be checked at
least once a month and the tires be rotated at least every 5,000 miles (front wheel drive vehicles-every
3,000 miles) PEERLESS TIRE will check air pressure, balance and rotate tires purchased under this
WARRANTY at no charge. If purchaser does not maintain the tires and vehicle properly, the tires
may be excluded from this WARRANTY.
IN THE EVENT A TIRE IS WORN OUT, AS DEFINED BELOW, OR IT IS MORE THAN 3 YEARS
FROM THE ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE, IT IS EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY.
THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO PURCHASE A WARRANTY FOR A REPLACEMENT
TIRE. THIS WARRANTY MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE AT THE TIME A TIRE IS REPLACED. ALL
SHIPPING COSTS AND TAXES ARE EXTRA AND NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY.
EXCLUSIONS
The following are EXCLUDED from this WARRANTY.
• Irregular tread wear or tire damage due to or resulting from mechanical defects, collision,
vandalism, fire, willful abuse, improper inflation, overloading, high speed spinup, misapplication,
commercial use, misuse, negligence, racing, chain damage or improper mounting or demounting by
other than PEERLESS TIRE.
• Worn out tires. (Passenger and light truck tires will be considered worn out when two or more
adjacent tread grooves are worn down to the tread wear indicator or 3 years from the date of purchase,
whichever occurs first.
• Any tire intentionally altered after sale. (Example: white inlay on a black tire)
• Tires that have been used in commercial service, on commercial vehicles, or utility type vehicles.
• Shipping costs and taxes.
• Only tires purchased under this WARRANTY are covered hereby.
• ALTHOUGH THE WARRANTY IS NOT LIMITED TO MILEAGE, the WARRANTY extends to the
original purchaser only, and is non-transferable.
• THIS WARRANTY IS FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE TIRE ONLY, AND PEERLESS
TIRE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF THE
VEHICLE, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL or CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND
WHATSOEVER.
• Any tire no matter how well constructed may fail in service or otherwise become unserviceable due
to conditions beyond the control of the manufacturer. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT INTENDED AS A
REPRESENTATION THAT TIRE FAILURE CANNOT OCCUR.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM:
To make a claim under this WARRANTY, take the tire(s), during normal business hours, to any
PEERLESS TIRE store (please consult your telephone directory or peerlesstireco.com for locations)
accompanied by this WARRANTY and your proof of purchase sales invoice; this WARRANTY will not be
considered valid unless both of these documents are presented. PEERLESS TIRE will make a
determination concerning the applicability of this WARRANTY and, if applicable, perform its obligations
within a reasonable period of time.
