1. Students should demonstrate fundamental
knowledge and comprehension of the major
concepts, theoretical perspectives, historical
trends, and empirical findings to discuss how
psychological principles apply to behavioral
problems.
2. Students should demonstrate knowledge of
scientific reasoning and problem solving,
including effective research methods.
3. Students should behave legally and ethically
in research and applied settings. Students
should demonstrate a consideration of
individual differences and the complexity of
sociocultural and international diversity.
4. Students should demonstrate competence in
writing and in oral and interpersonal
communication skills.

about realistic occupational, career, and
