■Matters requiring special attention:
・ This product is not subject tocooling-off period. There will be no refunds or cancellations made
after a purchase has been completed.
・ Please check our Supported Device page (http://www.bmobile.ne.jp/devices/devices.html)
regarding compatible devices.
・ This is a data communication only product. Voice service, SMS(Short Message Service) and
MMS(Multimedia Messaging Service) are NOT available.
・ You are required to upload your passport picture and information for the subscription process. If
you do not have a passport, you can not use this product.
・ This product is for individual customers only and not for purchase by corporations.
・ Please use this product within one month after purchase. (The product may become unusable
after one month. This product is not refundable under such circumstances.)
・ Unintentional data communication may occur depending on the software you use.
・ This product uses NTT DOCOMOʼs network but the service offered is not by NTT DOCOMO. The
contents of the service and pricing are unrelated to NTT DOCOMO.
・ SP-mode® or i-mode®(services offered by NTT DOCOMO) are not available with this product. A
domain of “docomo.ne.jp” email address is not provided.
・ This product does not come with an email address.
・ The Contract Information is enclosed in this product. Please read the notice carefully as this is
an important document.

1) Data Communication Service (MVNO Wireless Internet-only Service)
・ Services may be unavailable in areas that are far away from base stations or in an area where
there are buildings that provide obstruction.
・ The data transmission speed for this product is provided on a best effort basis. Since other users
share this frequency, actual transmission speeds may vary. In addition speeds may vary
depending on locations and connection status.
・ JCI reserves the right to conduct network traffic controls on continuous data communications such
as file exchange (P2P) applications.
・ JCI reserves the right to disconnect sessions after the customers have exceeded a certain duration
limit.
・ This product is offered through a private IP address.
・ To maintain service quality for all users, JCI reserves the right to restrict the data transmission
speed for customers who have used more than approximately 1GB（1,000MB） over three
consecutive days including the current day.
・ Traffic information will be collected and analyzed to provide service in accordance with the above
conditions of use.
・ If your device supports tethering (Personal Hotspot), you should be able to use the tethering
service. Please refer to the list of our supported devices on our webpage.

・ The restriction of data transmission speed we mentioned above will be applicable when you use
tethering. However, we do not place any other restrictions.
・ We use Outbound Port25 Blocking to counter unsolicited emails (spam mails).
・ JCI reserves the right to conduct Bandwidth control on continuous data communications and
streaming movies.
・ With the exceptional cases noted above, this product has no speed or usage limit (The product
offers unlimited data usage within a usable period.)

2) Usable Period
・ The service period is 14 days + Activation Date. The Activation Date is the date that you have
designated as the deliveeery date.
・ You can check your service period at Check Service Status page
(https://ec.bmobile.ne.jp/ecom/enexpire).
・ This product is chargeable. The chargeable period for this product is up till 10days after the
expiration date. You also may charge this product during your service period. However, please
note that once the chargeable period has passed, you will not be able to charge your SIM card.
・ You will need a Credit Card to charge.
・ The following describes the “Charge” plan (as of May, 2016). Any change to this plan will be
notified on JCIʼs website (http://www.bmobile.ne.jp).

【Terms and conditions may differ when we have a free or discount campaign】
・ We do not have a free or discount campaign for this product (as of May, 2016). Any change to this
product will be notified on JCIʼs website (http://www.bmobile.ne.jp).
【Service change / Cancel policy】
・ This product provides telecommunication services as specified on “Descriptions on
Telecommunication Service”. We will not accept any changes or cancellations during the service

■Urgent suspend / restart of service
・ Please contact our b-mobile English Helpdesk 03-6721-5032 (9:00〜12:00)for urgent suspend or
restart of service.
・ Please note that the customer is responsible for any all charges incurred until the service is
suspended.（This is applicable even if a product is used after stolen or lost.）
・ Please note that even when your service is temporary suspended, the service period cannot be
extended.
