Operation Instruction
1. Summarize
Model CYJ Dual Bellows Differential Pressure Liquid Level Gauge is
mainly used in cryogenic liquid containers (vessel or tank)liquid level
height measurement, such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon,
liquid carbon dioxide and liquefied natural gas, and can also be used for gas
or liquid the instantaneous flow of tests.
2. Structure and Principle
The center plate is the key element connected between low pressure
bellows assembly and high pressure bellows assembly. The bellows
assembly includes a pair or two pairs of spring element. The center axis is
connected with high pressure and low pressure bellows. The center axis
orthogonally the torque tube within the center plate component, and the
whole cavity filled with fluid. The shaft of torque tube through the linkage
system is connected with clockworke. The gauge pointer is installed on the
ciockworke and shows the dial readings. The out sides of high and low
pressure bellows assembly are enclosed within high and low chambers
separately.
Differential pressure gauge sensing part is based on the displacement
balance principle. When the working liquid (or gas) pass through the
throttling device producing the differential pressure comefrom high pressure
valve and low pressure valve enter the sensing part of the high-pressure
chamber and low-pressure chamber, due to the pressure differential drive the
bellows spring to produce displacement, lateral movement driven by the
central shaft of torque tube assembly can rotate the mandrel, the mandrel of
rotation torque tube rotate 0~9°; amplified through clockwork led gauge
pointer rotate 0~270°, the differential pressure measured by sensing part
shows in mm water column(mm WC) and kilopascals ( kPa ) .
The temperature compensation device is connected to the outer end of
the high-pressure bellows, so that within the operating temperature range,
the device makes differential pressure gauge readings minimal drifting. The
differential pressure gauge only as a level indicator, can not serve as the
basis for metering and charging.

4. Installation and Use
4.1 Gently shake the pressure gauge checking whether the pointer is aligned
with the zero position before installation, The connection of up screw and
down screw must be perpendicular to the ground when installed. The point
should be adjust if it is not aligned with the zero mark,

There are two kinds of the liquid level meter installation method,
according to the needs of the user to choose one of these methods. One is to
use the four M6 screw hole (see figure 2), back of the dial gauge, drilling 4
diameter of 7 holes on the mounting plate ,using M6 screw fixation. Another
is
use of differential pressure level meter with mounting bracket (see
figure 2), 4 of diameter 9 hole, 70 x70 hole ditance , using M8 bolts
installation fixed to the bracket of tank.
4.3 Making sure the surface to be perpendicular to the ground, high and low
pressure pipe joints must not be reversed, pipe fitting thread size is M18X1.5,
be careful when installing, do not crash and banging.
4.4 When use to prevent damage to the differential pressure gauge, strict
compliance with the following steps:
When the high and low pressure valves and balancing valves are closed,
open the table should be open balancing valve, then slowly open the high
pressure valve, low pressure valve, and finally close the balancing valve.
Then the reading is the liquid leave of the tank. IF remove the gauge the first
to open balancing valve, then close the high pressure valve, low pressure
valve, and finally close the balancing valve.
5. Maintenance and repair
Regularly check high and low pressure valves and joints for leaks. If you
need remove and repair, must notify the manufacturer or by a professional
repair.
6. Fault and Approach
Fault
1. When the different pressure gauge
pointer is stationary, the pointer
offset 1-3 grid out of zero.
2. Storage tank liquid level changes,
pointer does not move

Solution
(1) Open the cover; (2) Hold the
pointer ends with one’s fingers. (3)
With a T-shaped screwdriver to
gently rotating pointer core; (4)
Loosen the finger; (5) Repeat the
above steps until the pointer back to
zero. (Note: Pointer back to zero can
still maintain the accuracy of 2.5;
gauge
should
be
installed
perpendicular to the ground.)
Return the instrument manufacturer
checks.
Check the pipeline of tank
without clogging; checking the
switching action of low pressure
valve, high pressure valve,
balance valve meets the practice.
Check the high pressure valve,
low pressure valve, balance valve
connection between whether there is
leakage.
7. Acceptance and Storage
7.1 After receiving the product packing, user should first check and accept
accessories according to the packing list.
7.2 Remove the gauge check if any question with assembly and accessories,
notify the company immediately if you have any questions.
7.3 the level gauge should be stored in 0 ~ 40 ℃ environment temperature
and indoor relative humidity is no more than 80%, no corrosive gases in the
surrounding air. Avoid tension to spring to avoid deformation. If the storage
period last more than half a year, it must be check before use again.
