Her practice is focused on all aspects of employment and labour law, with a particular emphasis on drafting executive employment agreements, change of control agreements, consulting agreements as well as restrictive covenants such as non-competition and non-solicitation clauses. She also assists both public and private clients with the employment and labour law aspects of purchase and sale transactions, including employment-related due diligence and successor employer and other employment issues, as well as drafting the employment-related sections of purchase agreements and other related ancillary agreements. Finally, she specializes in advising employers on the implementation of various human resources documents including employee manuals and policies and provides advice on matters relating to individual labour standards, human rights, and health and safety issues in the workplace. She also regularly offers seminars and training sessions to clients on a variety of employment and human resources topics.
