From City Centre (Train Station): Follow the ringroad signs for
Newmarket/Ely/Milton. Follow Milton Road (A1309) and signs for A10. On
the approach to A14/A10 interchange, keep in the middle lane (signposted
Ely A10) and take the second exit at the roundabout to the A10. Continue
straight through two x traffic lights. At the third set of traffic lights
(signposted Waterbeach Industrial Estate) turn right and follow Denny End
Road. Take the third road on the left (Bannold Road) and take the four
road on the left (signposted Cody Road) Follow this road and then take the
second road on the right (Capper Road). Lancaster House is the first
turning on your left.
From A14: Exit at junction 33 and follow signs for Ely (A10). Continue
straight through two x traffic lights. At the third set of traffic lights
(signposted Waterbeach Industrial Estate) turn right and follow Denny End
Road. Take the third road on the left (Bannold Road) and take the four
road on the left (signposted Cody Road) Follow this road and then take the
second road on the right (Capper Road). Lancaster House is the first
turning on your left.
From A10: Heading from Ely on the A10, take the first exit left into
Waterbeach at the traffic lights. This will be signposted Waterbeach
Industrial Estate/Waterbeach Barracks. Follow Denny End Road. Take the
third road on the left (Bannold Road) and take the four road on the left
(signposted Cody Road) Follow this road and then take the second road on
the right (Capper Road). Lancaster House is the first turning on your left.

Our nearest railway link is Waterbeach train station
which is approximately 1 mile away. Our offices are
approximately a 20 minute walk from the train station via
Station Road, Way Lane and Cody Road.

By Bus
 Waterbeach is served by the Stagecoach Cambridge number 9 bus service. The 9 service connects Waterbeach with Cambridge city centre,
Science Park, Milton and Ely. Buses run 6 days a week on an hourly service. Travel time is approximately 30 minutes from Cambridge centre to
Waterbeach.
 Our nearest stop for the buses is on Capper Road (opposite Fletcher Avenue) which is a 2 minute walk away.
