Assembly Instruction

Frame installation
Remove protection from the adhesive gasket.
Push the frame into the aperture.
Keep under pressure for a while.
Remove modules and compression
plate.
Clean the surfaces of the aperture
with attached cleaning tissue.
If using screws, use the enclosed
selftapping screws and protection
caps.

Lubricate the inside surfaces of
the frame with Roxtec Assembly
Gel, especially into the corners and
around the compression unit.

Adapt modules which are to hold
cables or pipes by peeling layers until
you reach the gap seen in pic. 10.
Achieve a 0.1-1.0 mm gap between
the two halves when held against
the cables.
Insert the modules according to
your installation plan (transit plan).
Lubricate the compression plate
thorougly and insert it on top of the
last module.
Insert a screew driver or similar
into the hole of the Quick Lock
compression unit. Twist the unit
toward the centre of the frame until
it locks.
Lubricate all modules for the frame
thoroughly, both the inside and the
outside surfaces.

 For optimum relability, wait 24 hours or longer after installation before exposing the cables/pipes to strain or pressure.
 To be used with: CM components
 Cables shall go straight through the frame.
