E-Z Kleenout Panel
Installation Instructions
The E-Z Kleenout Panel takes the place of one hopper panel in the 6' 60°, 7' 67° and 9' 60° Bulk Feed
Tank bins.
Peel the paper off the gasket and install one strip on each side of the holes on the E-Z Kleenout Panel Door.
Install handles to E-Z Kleenout Door Panel using 5/16" x 3/4" truss head bolts and 5/16" flanged nuts.
(Bolt head to the inside of the tank.)
Install rope caulking on the top and bottom hopper panels of the E-Z Kleenout Panel. (See Detail 1 in
Figure 1.) Install top hopper panel to sidewall using 5/16" x 1" bin bolts. (See Detail 2 in Figure 1.)
Install reinforcing angle along the edge of the opening in the hopper (one each side of opening) using
5/16" x 3/4" truss head bolts and 5/16" flanged head nuts. (Bolt head to the inside of the tank.) Tighten all
bolts on the panel and hopper collar. Install E-Z Kleenout Panel Door to the inside of the tank. Begin by
attaching the lower corners of the door panel and then the upper corners using 5/16" x 1" bin bolts.
(Do not tighten these bolts at this time.) After these bolts have been installed put the remainder of the bolts
in the panel. Tighten all bolts in the door panel. NOTE: Reinforcing angles required on each side of access
panel. (See Figure 1.)
