ENQUIRY TEXT:
I have a question about the conditions of the participation in contest. Can certified engineers in the
field of building construction participate in the
contest as well?
a) According to section 4.1. e) the competition is
open only to authorized architects.
b) But from Annex 3 - „Affidavit on fulfilment of
professional qualification prerequisites“ is possible to conclude that in the competition can participate authorized architects as well as authorized
engineers in the field of the structural engineering.
Which information is correct? Please unify ambiguous information about professional re-quirements
for the participants of the competition.
ANSWER:
Paragraph 4.1 e) of competition rules is a crucial
provision in order that one can participate in the
competition. Only certified architects meeting the
requirements of the conditions of Section 4.1 of
competition rules can participate. Annex No. 3 was
adjusted.

As a possible competition candidate I have some
questions:
a) It’s possible to provide a land survey with altimetric information? It seems to me very important
due to altimetric variations in the square.
b) In the 6.7.3 item its not clear to me the information to provide on the exterior envelope
