S.V.S. Features:
S.V.S. is a state-of-the art tool that verifies all critical functions of the electronics, battery, and load connection.
S.V.S. accomplishes this with electronics that continuously monitor the lamps, charger, battery, and transfer
mechanism. By doing so, the building occupant does not need to wait for periodic monthly or annual testing
to realize a fault condition has occurred. Immediate notification is displayed on the LED status array at the
instant a failure exists.
A typical example of the cabinet labeling is shown below:
GREEN
➧ LED 1:Indicates that the lamp load is functional, and will operate in emergency mode.
➧ LED 2:Indicates that all transfer circuitry will be functional upon power loss.
➧ LED 3:Indicates AC supply is at full potential, and that the charger circuitry is operational.
➧ LED 4:Battery is at full capacity, and will support connected load upon power failure.
➧ TEST: Allows manual momentary simulation of a power failure and visual lamp performance.
RED
➧ LED 5:Illumination up to 24 hours indicates high charge status, which indicates a power failure within the last 24 hours. Illumination beyond this 24 hour period indicates malfunction and service requirement. When LED is extinguished, unit is functioning properly.
