masonry.

matrix, 41”hx8’3”lx5”d, 6 lines characters @ 5” type.

twinpak, 48x208 matrix, 41”hx13’3”lx5”d, 6 lines characters @ 5” type.

aluminum post and panel directional sign.
Sign 3: Remove existing post and panel directional sign and provide Type 1 single-face,
aluminum post and panel directional sign.
Sign 4: Provide new cut aluminum characters and custom logo with brushed finish, stud
mounted to existing masonry entrance gate wall.
Sign 5: Remove existing cast letters and provide new cut ¼” aluminum letters with brushed

baked enamel finish to match existing, laminated to existing curtain wall.

3/16” Lexan faces and applied cut vinyl copy. Mount new cabinet sign on existing
brick structure. Provide new Watchfire W19mm color Electronic Message Center,
double face, twinpak, 48x128 matrix, 41”h. x 8’3”l. x 5”d., 6 lines characters @ 5”
type.
Sign 2: Remove existing metal letters and logo and provide new cut ¼” aluminum characters
and custom logo with brushed natural aluminum finish, stud mounted to existing
masonry wall. Repair existing brick finish.
Sign 3: Remove existing post and panel sign. Fill footing holes with top soil and provide sod
patch to match existing.
Sign 4: Remove existing metal letters, logo and cast stone coping on existing monument
sign. Provide new cut ¼” aluminum characters and custom logo with brushed natural
aluminum finish, stud mounted to existing masonry wall. Patch mounting holes in
existing brick. At top of existing masonry, provide new EMC cabinet housing with
concealed welded steel tube frame and baked enamel painted aluminum sheet metal
finish. Provide new Watchfire W19mm color electronic message center, double
face, twinpak, 64x192 matrix, 4’5”hx12’3”lx5”d, 8 lines characters @ 5” type.
Recess mount EMCs into new cabinet. Provide aluminum louvered cabinet vents.
Route electrical conduit in concealed location as much as possible.

1)

grassed or landscaped areas as directed by Owner.
