Provide acceptable proof of identification: an original Birth Certificate,
Passport or Certificate of Citizenship.
Phone in to request an
application pack. Once you
receive the application pack
please fill in both Red and
white enrolment forms.
If your married name is different from what is on your identification,
then a Marriage Certificate will also be required.
Please note when applying for these courses it may take longer than
usual to be approved.
