and DIN 43 141, return line Cu 130 mm 2 or Al 212 mm2 or other circular,
non-flexible conductors with a diameter of 14 - 19 mm and S-Rail (base
of the rail 115 - 160 mm).

The Earthing Device JK22-JK360 is produced by RAGNAR STÅLSKOG AB and is for use on the railway’s catenary line 80-120
mm2 according to SS 24 01 21 and DIN 43 141, return line Cu 130 mm 2 or Al 212 mm2 or other circular, non-flexible conductors
with a diameter of 14 - 19 mm and S-Rail (base of the rail 115 - 160 mm).
The Line Clamp, JK 22, conducting parts are made of aluminium bronze and steel components are made of stainless steel. The
Line Clamp has stainless steel spring washers to ensure constant contact pressure.
The Rail Clamp, JK 360, conducting parts are made of copper. Other parts are made of aluminium and stainless steel. The Rail
Clamp has stainless steel spring washers to ensure constant contact pressure. The clamp is connected to the base of the rail,
which allows rail vehicles to pass.
The Earthing Cable, ESTPR, made of highly flexible ESTPR-insulated copper strands of max diameter 0,2 mm, has sealed
cable connections, which prevent humidity from penetrating the cable.

Tool is set to a torque of 20
Nm. The catch on the tool
releases when the torque is
reached.

- When mounted on the catenary line the clamps spindle will always point
straight down which makes it easy to connect to the Operating Pole.

Torque tool, type JMD 2
Is used in combination with
operating pole. The torque tool is
connected between the operating
pole and operating socket. The
torque tool is set to a torque of 20
Nm. The catch on the tool releases
when the torque is reached.
The torque tool secure that the
clamp is tightened with correct
torque against the conductor to
manage the electrical such as
mechanical load if a short-circuiting
is caused. 20 Nm torque was used
at type tests for application of our
clamps.
