Light can be fully integrated into the line control

Simplify station design with integrated scanner and operator panel
A Stacklight can easily be connected, using just one cable,
and programmed. Lamps and buzzer give clear feedback
and a key can be used to acknowledge errors.
This arrangement enables you to detect errors at the workstation and correct them in station instead of further down
the line.

QIF Assembly Station solutions give you the support you
need to handle this situation.
Solution
An integrated Barcode Scanner on the Tensor ST tool immediately identifies the product variant and the correct
program is selected automatically. An operator panel with
command buttons and integrated lamps provides a highly
effective operator interface, and enables manual selection
of various programs.

The complexity of some applications requires more advanced operator support to simplify the task and ensure
error-free tightening.
Solution
A MiniDisplay with operator guidance displays a photo of
the product on the screen, clearly indicating joints to be
tightened and giving build instructions. Positioning solutions can also be used to ensure that work is perfor­med on
the correct bolt. Our standard solution for screwdrivers is
the Tracker Positioning arm.
For higher torque arms, we offer 3D positioning with a
ComNode, this solution is available from our Application
Center.

Power Train
Some of the joints must be tightened in a specific sequence. The photo of the product on the
QIF ­MiniDisplay helps the operator to perform the
­sequence correctly.
Off Road Wheel Multiple
The QIF Operator Panel indicates the status of
tightenings being performed. A rework program is selected directly on the panel and
can be performed immediately in station.
