An innovative and sustainable local management model.
The company Mon Perin d.o.o. was founded in 2005 with a unique management model. The
company has over 900 small shareholders including the inhabitants of Bale and the “friends
of Bale”. The company manages the camping Mon Perin, wich includes San Polo and Colona
beaches, located 5 km from the centre of the medieval town of Bale, in Istria. From the very
beginning of its work, this “social enterprise” has been based on a special ownership model,
investments on activities in the local community and youth and employing local population.
During the 2015 season, more than 100 people has been employed at the camping Mon Perin.

Our camp offers many accomodations:

FRESH MARKET
During your stay at our campsite, make the most of the opportunity and pick some of the
fresh and local fruit and vegetables in our garden.This year we planted various sorts of fruits
and vegetables, such as lettuce, zucchini, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, watermelons,
melons and much more. Everyday you can pick up your basket with your family and friends and
prepare a delicious and fresh meals like fresh summer salads, light entrées or just enjoy a cold
watermelon or melon – all within reach in our garden!

Fresh Market
Fresh Market is free for every guest, you can find it between reception and Colona Beach, a little
before Albachiara Ranch.

Mon Perin shareholders, inhabitants and guests of Bale have free parking provided
in our Camp. During high season, in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible,
other daily visitors can park at the parking area next to the reception.
Pets are allowed and have their own beach.

revitalising you with the scents of the Mediterranean and the sound of birdsong, the Mon Perin
mobile homes are a unique way of enjoying the freshness of the forest and the nearby sea.
Nature meets comfort in these mobile homes, where everyday stress is washed away yet those
creature comforts remain.
In 2016, close to San Polo and Colona beaches, you will find 32, 24 and 12 m2 brand mobile
homes with covered terrace and a minimum of 3 beds.

Whether you're a family with children or a group of friends, our Exclusive villas have just what you
need: relaxation, peace with nature, and complete stress relief. Enjoy the comfort and privacy of
these new mobile homes. All come fully furnished, featuring a kitchen with every comfort and
a large covered terrace, and are nestled in the shade of an oak forest right next to the beach.
Our brand new Mon Perin Villas are top level mobile homes. They are 50 and 40 m2, have a wide
