Sight gauge made of impact
resistant clear polycarbonate
plastic, with easy-to-read
graduations, temperature
rated to 285 degrees;
removable for easy cleaning.
½" stainless steel full port
ball valve for draining wort
or sparge water. Threaded
½" FPT inside the pot, set
into the ball-valve outlet so
it doesn’t protrude into the
pot interior.
Exterior ½" FPT port is located 5" above
ball valve for an optional thermometer
(which can be easily sealed with a
stainless steel plug if not needed).
