featuring modular connector retainers for maximum stability. Also

hinged fold down Category 5e patch
panels, designed to be rack mounted. These panels allow for front
access termination in areas where

ICC's Cross-Connect Solutions

HIPERLINK 6 PATCH PANELS
ICC HiPerlink 6TM patch panels have been optimally designed to reduce crosstalk
and maximize signal strength. Available in the standard 19 inch rack mount, and a 12
port vertical wall mount version, the panels come with a pre-installed wiring scheme
insert configured for T-568-B wiring. A wiring scheme insert for T-568-A is also included. The panels have 110-type IDC termination blocks for quick connections. Color
identification icons and a wide range of cable management items are available to
complete any installation. ICC provides an entire HiPerlink 6TM (CAT 6 compliant)
Channel Solution.

Installation is easy. Cable access holes on the wiring block allow cables to be routed
from behind as opposed to side routing. Anchoring points are incorporated for either
cable ties or VELCRO® ties to improve cable routing and security. A knockout is also

The IC110 wall mount distribution tower provides a compact cable management system
solution that can be stacked as needed. The distribution frame provides cable routing

Down Patch Panels
ICC is adding two new types of Category 5e patch panels to the
HiPerlink 1000 series; a front access patch panel and a hinged fold
down patch panel. Designed to be rack mounted, these panels allow
for front access termination which makes them suitable for applications
with limitations in space. The front access panels have both the 110
punch down and the Category 5e jack ports on the same side. The
hinged fold down panels come equipped with cable management interbay panels. The metal rings act as a convenient base for the panel to
be folded down on, punched, and then folded back up. Package
includes port identifiers and 12-24 x 5/8 inch rack screws for use with

data applications. ICC's 110-type cross-connect products offer a
reliable and economical high-density system with Category 5e
performance. The wiring blocks include horizontal index strips for
25-pairs of 22-26AWG conductors, divided into 5-pair increments.
Blocks of 100 and 300-pair sizes with standoff feet are available for
wall mounting and for accommodating cable routing behind the blocks.

ICC's hinged IC110 system facilitates the installation of 110-type
blocks and UTP cabling, while maintaining the standard 110 index
strips and connecting blocks. The hinged design allows the positioning
and installation of the IC110 wiring blocks first and UTP cable routing
afterwards, by allowing total access to the cabling channel between the
standoffs, even after the wiring block is mounted. The cable access
openings on the wiring block make it easier to install UTP cabling by
allowing the cable sheath to be stripped only a minimum distance,
thereby maintaining minimum bend radius requirements. The base of
the wiring block incorporates anchoring points for either cable ties or
VELCRO® ties to improve cable control routing, and also incorporates
a rear cable entry knockout. All wiring blocks come equipped with
IC110 label holders and labels.

The wall mounted 300-pair distribution tower (IC110TO300) accommodates three 100-pair wiring blocks (IC110NF100) and three cable
management blocks (IC110CMBNF). The cable management trough
(IC110TOCMT) mounts below the distribution tower. The cable
management ring (IC110TOCMR) can be mounted on the left or right
side of the wall mounting distribution tower in three locations. To
complete the cable management solution is the tower cable channel
(IC110TOCCH). The cable channel can be mounted on either side or
in between the distribution towers, when using more than one in an
installation. All components of the IC110 distribution tower solution are
made of CRS steel and have a black powder coated finish.

CROSS-CONNECT SOLUTIONS
IC110 rack mount panels and cable management panel are built for
EIA standard 19 inch rack applications, and are designed for rear
cable entry. The IC110 panels are available in 100-pair and 200-pair
versions. All packages include 12-24 x 5/8 inch pilot point rack screws
for use with distribution racks. (For cable management racks use 10-32
x 5/8 inch rack screws (ICACSS02BK).

prevents strain and excessive bending at the end of the cord.

IC110 Color Wiring Label Sheet
and Holders
ICC’s IC110 color wiring perforated label sheet was created to provide
an easy-to-use color identification system for installations utilizing 110
blocks. Label sheets are available in the nine wiring colors of TIA's 606
standard. There are four label types (2, 3, 4, and 5-pair) on each
sheet, and six labels per pair, per sheet. They can be used in most
laser printers and typewriters.
