ATI-Interco is a division of Conesys Inc. with Aero-Electric Connector, Aero Industrial Products, Conesys Asia, Conesys Europe,
Conesys Mexico, EMP Connectors and J-Tech. We produce high-quality products for high-tech programs for aeronautics, spatial,
defence, transport, health and energy industries. The size and organization of the company allow to master the design and
production processes and to ensure product reliability and flexibility of the solutions we offer. To meet clients’ evolving expectations, the teams work with the R&D consulting department and use an improved, modernized and rationalized industrial tool.
An integrated 3500 m² factory to master production
The site in Courcouronnes (south Paris) hosts
the teams in their entirety: technical and commercial team, quality and logistics teams, R&D
consulting department, assembly workshop
and test laboratory. This organization allows
us to master the main stages of production
for low and medium-volume series produced
in the factory. We have a design office and a
wide range of production techniques in plastics industry and machining.
A variety of standard and adjustable products
An international dimension
We provide for standard and partly adjustable connectors and cabling components
(size, functionalities) in low and medium-volume production.
Our cabling components include, among other things, rear outlet backshells for
circular and rectangular connectors, splitting boxes and protection covers.
Our connectors suit for low and high frequency transmission circuits via LF and
coaxial contacts. They can also include power supply access. The 3 sorts of contacts
(low/coaxial/power) are custom adjustable. Our connectors are suitable for printed
circuit boards via various technologies (through hole, SMT, press-fit) or for cable
connection (by soldering or crimping). To face system miniaturization and to reduce
weight, we use nonferrous alloys (aluminum, brass, bronze etc,) which are specific
(stainless steel, heat-hardening or thermoplastic resins, special elastomers…).
Over a third of our turnover is done abroad
and we are committed to further developing
sales in key countries through a strong and
professional distribution network. Our products are distributed across 17 countries, on
23 sites.
Over the last year, we established ourselves in
key countries : India, South Korea, South Africa
and Turkey. In China, we have two permanent
people, dedicated to supporting our distribution network, working for ATI-Interco and all
the Conesys Group companies.
Successfully diversifying our activities
Specialized in aeronautics, space, defence and mass transit which represent our historic clients, we are currently developing our activities
with ordering parties in the fields of energy and health. We work on more diversified programs : oil search, ground and air robots, weapons
systems, application for an on-board camera etc.
