Intellectual Property Attorneys
LLP
P
rice Heneveld® LLP is an internationally recognized law partnership specializing in all areas
of intellectual property – patent, trademark, and copyright causes, technology-related law,
international trade law, unfair competition, trade secrets, and antitrust matters.
We understand that in today’s technologically competitive environment, a company’s
intellectual property – its innovations and creativity – is one of its most valuable assets.
Enforceable patents, trademarks, and copyrights can mean the difference between success
and failure in domestic and international markets.
With extensive experience and a commitment to ongoing education, we have the expertise
to successfully obtain, enforce, or defend our clients’ intellectual property rights anywhere,
worldwide. But knowledge of the law is not our only strength. Just as significant is our expertise
in the technical disciplines – the areas of specialty applied in our clients’ laboratories and
development centers. Collectively, our attorneys possess degrees in all scientific disciplines
and nearly all are registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Our clients’ intellectual property rights have always been our sole concern and this focus
has helped our firm thrive. By concentrating our energies in one area of expertise, we have
become an international leader in our field.
