SOURCE QUALITY CONTROL

Use one or both of the following paragraphs to require Owner's inspection or witnessing of tests at
factory.
Make completed transfer switch available for inspection at manufacturer's factory prior to
packaging for shipment. Notify Owner at least seven days before inspection is allowed.

Field inspecting, testing, adjusting, and balancing.
NETA ATS refers to specific ANSI standards and includes procedures and acceptable values for
acceptance testing electrical equipment in accordance with those standards.
Section 4 of NETA ATS stipulates division of responsibility possibly conflicting with conditions of the
contract or general requirements.
Inspect and test in accordance with NETA ATS, except Section 4.
