„Find your heart at Ritter“ The story continues.
Dear customers, friends and business partners,
Those of you, who visited our booth at the IDS in
Cologne, already got a feeling about how it looks
and feels like to „Find your heart at Ritter“. Not
only during that exhibition this was supposed to
be our motto. Rather we intend to continue the
spirit and fill the idea continuously with life, in
order to guarantee the best solutions for you and your customers.
In the meantime we worked with high pressure
on the development and launch of new products
like advanced units in an extremely interesting
price category, modern hygiene devices which
make the lives of the dental users far easier in
the future, high-end autoclaves and sealing
machines.
Also we developed several new marketing
collaterals and brochures for you. The latest
Implant brochure for example bears as a key visual the “human heart” of our company: Our CEO
Werner Schmitz and his daughter Janina, who in
this frame personally vouch for the high quality
aspects of the Ritter product range.
Moreover we are happy to welcome new and
experienced team members, who will be presented within the issue of the Ritter news.
After the great demand at the IDS and on the
local exhibitions we decided to turn on the oven
again and to bake new gingerbreads with a
message, related to our German origins “Ritter
Germany”, which always has the objective to
meet your expectations and requests at the highest level.
Finally, the photo beside this article shows the
latest event during which we took the opportunity to show the heart of Ritter - the
German Oktoberfest in Bavaria.

The new face in the Ritter sales management
Ritter is pleased to introduce an extremely experienced and well-known member in the team.
Mr. Florian Breitenbach joined Ritter in early summer 2013 as a business development manager
for Asia/Pacific. From 1st of October 2013 Florian
stepped into his new role as director of sales for
Ritter worldwide. For more then 23 years, Florian
Breitenbach used to work as an Export Manager
at KaVo in Asia/Pacific and Africa. Within Ritter
Florian Breitenbach will lead our team of Sales
and Export Managers in order to intensify together a stronger professional sales network. Florian
Breitenbach will work from our office in Biberach and partly from Singapore, where we
intend to open a new office called “Ritter Asia/
Pacific”. In his responsibility Florian takes over the
role of Hubert Niestroj, who recently left Ritter by
mutual agreement.

Ritter at the FDI Congress in Istanbul
End of August the Turkish Dental Association
hosted the FDI Annual World Dental Congress in
Istanbul. Ritter took the opportunity to be there
as an exhibitor with the new exhibition stand.
Numerous visitors from all over the world got
informed about the Ritter product range on the
booth and also participated in the life lectures
and demonstrations for Ritter Implants with Prof.
Dr. Sami Swaid.

Ritter rocks America - Road Show across the USA
It started in September and will last for one entire
year. The Ritter road show across 125 cities in the
USA, for example Philadelphia, Miami, Atlanta,
Orlando, Houston, Dallas, etc.
With the Ritter labelled truck, which is equipped
with the latest units, devices and implants, the
Ritter America team is touring from city to city,
holding trainings and lectures in well-known
hotels. Product presentations and demonstrations
are of course another part of the program.
Previously to the road show dentists and users
were acquired through broad advertising and
telesales activities. Until today numerous registra-
tions of interested users have been done.
Especially the work flow process of Ritter
Implantology - with intra oral scanners and milling machines for the prosthetic work - received a
great response.
Kuala Lumpur is not the nearest place to reach
from Europe, but once arriving there it is for sure
one of the most beautiful cities and a nice spot to
enjoy a great time in a friendly asian atmosphere.
The Event was well organized by Dr. Firdaus
Hanappiah who is the head of the Malaysian
Oral Implant Association. The audience of young
malaysian dentists listened very carefully and
thankfully to the 2 days presentations of Prof. Dr.
Dr. Sami Swaid, the "Head of Ritter Academy". On
the second day with Hands On Course they took a
lot of trics and knowledge for a proper placement
of dental implants. Also special thanks to our
Dealer for Malaysia, Mr. Rickey Yusof by supporting this great meeting !

Air driven units can be converted into an electronic version!
The special BMC40 electronic control board has
been designed for the installation into pneumatic
units. Besides various analogue control signals,
higher flexibility can be achieved by the RS232
serial interface and accurate control software.
Two additional devices, the CONV24 voltage converter and the PPOT pneumatic potentiometer, are
also available to simplify integration into pneumatic Units.
The special vector control provided by the BMC40
module allows the motor to run smoothly and
efficiently throughout the entire speed range.
Pre-set speed is kept constant, even under sustained loads, throughout the whole speed range.
The BMC40 electronic board has got small sizes,
thanks to the total use of SMT components.
BMC40 is available for integration pneumatic
units immediately.
