Providemeaningfulemployment(minimumofsix(6)months)relatedtothestudent’sfieldofstudy, allowingthestudenttoexpandhisorhertechnicalabilitiesandenhancehisorhereducational development.Provideworkofincreasingtechnicalinvolvementandresponsibilitycommensuratewiththe student’sabilitiesasthestudentprogressesthroughtheProgram. 2. WithinthefirstweekoftheProgram,providethestudentwithconcrete,meaningfulgoalsandlearning objectivestobeaccomplishedduringtheProgram,andcompleteperiodicprogressreportsandevaluations asrequestedbytheUniversity. 3. Placethestudentunderthesupervisionofaqualifiedmanagerwhocanprovideeffectiveguidance,assist thestudentinadaptingtotheworkenvironmentandtheorganization,andprovidethestudentwithregular feedbackregardingjobperformance. 4. Paythestudentareasonablewagecommensuratewiththestudent'sability,experience,andjob responsibilities.(minimumof$16/hr.) 5. PermittheDirectoroftheProgramandotherUniversityrepresentativestovisittheworksiteandthe studentsperiodicallytoreviewtheprogram. 6. Permittheemployer’sname,logo,andlinktotheemployer’swebsitetobedisplayedontheUniversity’s webpageregardingtheProgram.TheUniversitywillusetheemployer’snameandlogosolelyforthe purposeofcommunicatingthatthecompanyparticipatesasanemployerintheProgram.TheUniversity willremovethisinformationfromitswebpageonreceiptofawrittenrequestfromtheemployer. 7. Complywithallapplicablefederal,state,andlocallaws,rules,andregulations,includingbutnotlimitedto allapplicablewageandhour,workplacesafety,andworker’scompensationlaws. 8.
