P46 Series Tail Marker for Rail Transit & Passenger Cars
Dialight has developed this new LED 5 ½ Red Tail Marker to be a drop in replacement for existing PAR 46 Sealed Beam
Tail Markers that are currently being used on Transit and Commuter Railroads across North America.
With this purpose in mind the light was designed to surpass the operational and lifetime characteristics of sealed beam
technology. The vibration resistant LED design makes these devices ideal for use in rail applications. The lamp's aluminum
housing combined with the hard coated polycarbonate lens provides a durability beyond that of glass.
The wide operating voltage range make a light that is less susceptible to large voltage variances while consuming up to
75% less current.
