■ Micro Wave Coaxial Business
Waka develops and produces coaxial connectors and
cables that carry micro wave up to 110 GHz as well as
micro waves components such as phase shifters and filters.
Our proprietary designs based on our longtime know-how
and analyses of electromagnetic fields, in particular our
excellent properties in the milli-meter wave band, as well
as precision and quality production at our national plants
to distinguish Waka from our competitors. In addition to
part units, we deliver solutions to suit our customers’
micro wave designs.
■ Digital Interface Business
Waka develops and produces interface connectors and
cables, along with a variety of connection parts, components and assemblies for high-speed transfer for diverse
uses, including everything from home equipment (audio /
video devices, etc.) to industrial systems. We ensure
superior transfer properties and high reliability. Waka also
offers customized designs based on our mechanism
design technologies and material processing know-how.
■ Lithium Ion Battery Business
Waka designs and produces UPS and battery units that
use Li-ion batteries, as well as powered systems and
power generation/storage systems that combine internallydeveloped motors and generators---all customizable to the
unique needs of our customers. Our products are
employed in a broad range of fields: from backup power
supply for social infrastructure to wind-based power
generation systems and golf carts.
■ Machining Business
Waka’s machining business covers every step from the
design and manufacturing of molds, to cutting, resin forming,
press working, PCB implementation and assembly---and all
these processes can be performed in integrated operation
within our plants. We respond to your needs from design to
prototype and commercial production with the shortest lead
time. We proudly design and manufacture automated
machines and tools using our outstanding manufacturing
techniques. We accomplish reliable production through our
fully-equipped clean rooms (Class 10,000).
