Automatic cleaning
An air pressurized cleaning system for:
• powder feeding pumps
• powder hoses and interior of spray applicators
• outside of spray applicators are cleaned inside the booth from
the outside air nozzles
• reclaim powder hose

• improves ease of maintenance operations
• easy step-in during inner cleaning
POWDER SUPPLY CENTER PCE 2500
• vibrated box feeding or a fluidized hopper can be used
• can operate with up to 24 powder pumps
• automatic cleaning of pumps and powder feeding hoses during cleaning process
• airborne powder is automatically recovered by the powder supply center filtration
• the powder supply center, including cleaning function, can be installed separately
on an existing booth
• powder supplied from a 25or 65 kg fluidized tank or directly from a carton.

VENTILATION GROUP
Filtration chamber
The filtration cartridges are efficient up to
99.97 % for holding small particles of powder.
They hold them at their surface what makes the
evacuation easier during pneumatic repulse
system. The level of reject of dust is inferior
to 1 mg per m3 of air.
