AT-8000 Series presents measurement modules and controllers, developed on basis of 32-bit
ARM9 and AVR32 RISC-processor architectures, terminal modules, and communication modules
(interface converters, RF modems, signal standardization modules, IS barriers etc.).
Terminal modules are used for input/output and visualization of operational information by
means of alpha-numeric or colored panels.
Communication modules offer data exchange in remote control and management systems:
− USB B to RS-485 signal conversion;
− USB B to RS-232 signal conversion;
− RS-232 to RS-485 signal conversion;
− RS-485 and RS-232 signal adapting;
− data transceiving between controller and portable transmitter;
− analog signal standardization (amplification, filtering) and bad signal preparing for further
treatment;
− Spark-safe circuit protection from voltage jump (up to 250V);
AT-8000 Series modules and controllers can be applied in oil and gas industry facilities and in
other industries for development of automatically controlled measuring and operating systems
with various configurations.
AT-8000 controllers use the following communications protocols: Modbus RTU Master,
Modbus RTU Slave, Modbus TCP. Operating system type: FreeRTOS, QNX 6.4 (with drivers).
Operating temperature: from -40 °C to +60 °C. Consuming power: 1-30 W. All the constructs
involve clamps for DIN rail.

AT-8000-base automatic control systems have block-modular construction, depending on
applications. Modules are related by ModBUS protocol through physical channel RS-485, RS-232
or Ethernet. Data transfer to top-level is possible through any wire interface and wireless link by
means of RF modem.
There are also involved Input/output by FLASH-memory (SD, CF, and USB), data backup and
archiving. Visualization of technology process is provided by graphical panels: monochromatic
alpha-numeric panel and colored Touch screen.
1. Cluster controller of mechanized well KMKS AT-8000.
Controller of mechanized well cluster represents a set of technical
equipment, providing acquisition of information and cluster-pad
facilities management.
2. AT-8711.
Gaseous substance flow computer is used for electrical signal
measurement from flow rate, pressure and temperature sensing
devices. AT-8711 performs signal reception and processing, gaseous
substance (associated, natural, technical) flow computation, report
generation and output signal shaping for real-time automated control
of procedure and processing facilities. Associated gas flow computation carried out by the
procedure GSSD MR 113-03 (Metrologic certificate of algorithm No. 430-457-2010).
3. AT-8801. Oil flow computer.
• Oil flow measurement by detection method and frequency parameters measuring in fluxgate detector output of turbine flow transducer (in particular of the type Nord-I2U) and
Carioles flow meter of Micro Motion series (frequency output and data achieved by RS485)
• Estimation of instantaneous flow value and substance amount passing through the
turbine flow transducer and Carioles flow meter
• Oil pressure and temperature measurement by the sensor standard current outputs 4-20
mA (in particular UVDN-1pm)
• Incremental data transducer registry
• Net weight calculation and registration for dry oil passing through the turbine flow
transducer and Carioles flow meter, taking into account known values of mechanical
admixtures, water and gaseous substance percentage
• Calculation and archiving of total substance volume passed through turbine flow
transducer and Carioles flow meter
• Calculation and archiving of accumulative and average value of all parameters every 2
hours
• Carrying out of turbine flow transducer (operating/reserved) technical diagnosis
• Logging of system and object's events and adjustment changes
• System history and event log displaying to operator
Working algorithm uses calculating formulas, contained in GOST R 8.595-2004, GOST R
8.610-2004 and GOST R 8.615-2005 to define oil density and mass.
