ER Utilization Measures
La Maestra Community Health Centers is committed to reduce the
Emergency Room visits of our patients by increasing access to primary
care services. Our organization hopes to achieve this by offering
specialized services for vulnerable populations, managing chronic
diseases, and through alternative approaches to primary care.
