PEACHTREE CITY, GA- August 25, 2014. Kenneth H. Maloy, President and CEO of SouthCrest Bank
announced that Deidre (Dee Dee) McIntyre has joined the company as Vice President, SBA Lending for
SouthCrest Bank.
Dee Dee will work with small businesses to tailor solutions to meet the business banking needs. She uses
the SBA 7(a) and 504 loan programs, and the USDA's B&I program, to equip her toolbox with the credit
facilities that help small businesses advance to the next level. She has worked in many aspects of the
banking industry over the past 20 years, beginning with the retail side as a teller and moving up to
branch manager. For the past seven years, she has operated as the trusted advisor for businesses as a
commercial and SBA lender.
Dee Dee served as Executive Committee Board Member for the Henry Council for Quality Growth and
was awarded 2013 Member of the Year. She was nominated for Business Woman of the Year by the
Clayton County Chamber of Commerce and completed Leadership Henry with the Henry County
Chamber of Commerce. She obtained her B.A. in Business Administration from Piedmont College and
her MBA from Clayton State University.
