Conference background
The National Conference on Recent Advances on
Mathematics, Engineering and Management [RAMEM
-2014] focuses not only on isolated domain specific
research sharing but also will delve into the convergence of this trilogy and its possible triangulation. The
conference will be an endeavour to track the current
research trends in Mathematics, Engineering and Management and will reveal avenues for aspiring researchers to expand the existing body of knowledge. The conference papers are expected to throw light on the applications of the triangulation and its possible impact in
academia and industry.
About the institute
Bengal Institute of Technology & management [BITM],
Santiniketan was established in the year 2001. The institute,
affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology, is offering
both UG and PG courses in the areas of Engineering, Management and Hospitality Management. The institute has been accredited by NAAC [UGC] and has obtained the prestigious 2(f)
status from UGC. BITM, Santiniketan has always considered
conferences, workshops etc. as an integral part of teachinglearning pedagogy. The institute has already received a number of grants from AICTE, DST etc. to organize the same and to
establish its own EDC & IIPC. The institute has already collaborated with a number of organisations namely Infosys, Wipro,
TCS, BNCCI, NEN, ARE Lab, Kieron Technologies etc. to host a
research intensive sessions and programmes.

Call for Research Papers
• Original papers and case studies on theme/sub themes
of the conference are invited from academicians,
scholars and practitioners.
• Soft and hard copy of the paper should be sent.
• Contributions should be sent in MS Word, Font-Times
New Roman, Font size: Headings: 16, Body: 12, Citations
should follow APA style, Tables, figures, graphs & images should be placed in appropriate positions in the
text & should be serially numbered, The line spacing
should be 1.5 and 1” margin to be maintained on all
sides. Footnotes, if any should be at the end of the
papers. The paper should be accompanied with an abstract (max. word count 100-150 with 5 key words). The
paper should be limited within 2500 words (max. 8 A4
pages).
