INTRODUCTION
PRODUCTS AND CHARACTERISTICS
Vishay, a leading innovator in SMD solutions introducing the
new SMF (DO219AB) package offering exceptional reliability
with unsurpassed performance for a wide range of products
used in virtually all markets.
Since small and light portable products, such as cellular phones,
notebook PC's and portable consumer products are requiring
smaller and thinner packages. Vishay is now introducing the
SMF (DO219AB) diodes package which allows considerable
space savings on pc-boards due to the combination of high
power capability and very small surface mount package size.
