The Augusta-Bender-Schule hosts the first Erasmus+
Project Meeting and welcomes students from Poland and
Italy. They arrived on April 24th and will live in German host
families until April 30th. The students work together in the
Erasmus+ Project “School Company Union: Students
get in touch with local food production companies”.
On Monday morning all schools presented their food production to each other. The German
students made Mozzarella, the Italian students made Caprino and the Polish students made
Yoghurt. Afterwards everyone was allowed to try samples.
Then they were divided in groups for the workshops. The press group had to interview all the other
groups. These are the results of the interviews:
The members of the “ChemSketch Workshop” are
learning about the ChemSketch program which is a
technical chemistry program. They will build chemical
structures in ChemSketch programme which are
connected to their practical food production and add
them to their presentations. These are the members of
this group: Shana Fahr, Davide Zavaglio, Elena
Faccetti, Lea Wierz, Daria Rakowska, Loreen Pfleger,
Tomasz Kasprowicz, Henning Wolf, Carolin Frey,
Kristin Brech, Lisa Matzkies, Hannah Schnabel, Corina
Daum.
The members of the “Wordle Workshop” had a lot of
fun in their group. The task they had to do was to collect
different words (from Italian, German, English, Polish).
The only condition was: The words have to get together
with the project. They need to collect these words for
pictures and these pictures will be on the different
school websites and so it can be a good memory of our
time, our work and the ideas we had together in this
project in Germany. Members of the Wordle Group
were: Amy Müller , Leah Passdorfer, Frieda Siefert,
Sofia Zuccelli, Andrzej Filocha and Paola Morandi.
The “Logo Workshop” wants to create a
logo, that is simple and shows essential
symbols like the colors of the Polish, Italian
and German flags. They also have the idea
to draw the European flag on the logo. One
of the similarities of the groups from Poland,
Italy and Germany is that we all made selfmade food and ate it together, so there might
also be a knife and fork at the logo. We will
see the results in a few days. Let's keep it a
surprise! The members of this Workshop
were: Elena Faccetti, Lara Premi, Natalia
Gawel, Weronika Szczepaniak, Kim Fritz,
Amelie Teicher, Simon Nöcker, Julia
Hedrich, Alexander Schmitt.
The workshop „Glossary 1“ consist of :Julia
Adam, Anika Haas, Marie Kuchar, Hannah
Jost, Sarah Berjer, Hubert Rucinski, Oliwia
Felska and Giancarlo Pini and their teacher Mr.
Michal Tulisziewski. This group works on the
translation from English phrases into German,
Polish and Italian. They also talk about how to
survive in other countries in a polite way. They
had a lot of fun with spelling out the different
words in the different languages. The students
chose the workshop because they wanted to
get in touch with other students and their
languages and especially because they were
curious about expressions in different languages.
The workshop “Glossary 2” has a very
similar project. The responsible teacher of the
group, Lara Rossi, said that they were about
to make a glossary using daily sentences in
Italian, English, Polish and German, like
‘Grazie’ - ‘Danke’ - ‘Dziękuję’ - ‘Thanks’. After
that they had to do a ‘role-play’ with the words
used. We wanted to know their impressions
about the “shining star game”. Tomasz talked
first and said that they found it difficult to find
what makes them different. The workshop
“Glossary 2” consists of Aileen Piecha,
Jennifer Maurer, Doreen Schäfer, Michele
Portesani, Wiktoria Gielaciak, Anna Münch,
Michele Kunzmann and Tomasz Szymanski.
7 students are part of the workshop “Songs”:
Alessandro Beati, Anne-Carin Gebele, Weronika
Krol, Jonas Marmulla, Attilio Rappaccioli, David
Schwarzer and Maciej Wysocki and the teacher,
Mrs. Sara Ardigo. Their aim is to write and produce
a song about the project and the time, they are
spending in Germany and about the time they will
spend in Italy and Poland. With a lot of know-how
which they already brought to the workshop, they
want their song to be a big success. The different
members including the teacher have one thing in
common: Their favourite thing to do is music and
they chose the workshop because they wanted to
explore the different views in making music. Everyone is listening to music but not everyone feels
the same and the workshop can show how the students in different countries think about music.
And maybe music can bring the countries a little bit closer.
These are the members of the press group:
