Ms. Letarte serves our firm in an “of counsel” capacity, primarily
handling employment-related matters from the management side,
with a particular concentration in matters related to the motorsports
industry. She counsels clients regarding employment agreements,
handbooks and policies, employee discipline and terminations, and
compliance with federal and state employment laws. She also brokers
and negotiates contracts on behalf of clients in the motorsports
industry. A native of New York, she graduated magna cum laude from
both Le Moyne College in 1995, and Syracuse University College of
Law in 1998. While earning her degree from Syracuse Law, Ms. Letarte
was the executive editor of the Syracuse Law Review and a member
of the Moot Court Board. She is very active in several charitable
organizations, including the Jeff Gordon Children’s Foundation, the
Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte and Motor Racing Outreach.
