EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT AND PHOTO RELEASE
Adventure Outdoors LLC dba Glenwood Adventure Company 4x4 Tours has an excellent safety record and every responsible effort is made to safeguard you
and your belongings. In order to fairly and honestly inform you of the service we provide, you should know and appreciate that during the tour you are
participating in, certain risks and dangers exist which are inherent in jeep touring. Participants agree to assume the risks of personal injury and property damage
associated with 4x4 touring and to release Glenwood Adventure Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents, the Forest Service, Bair Ranch, High
Canyon Adventures, Porter Ranch and the US Government from any and all liability in connection with 4x4 touring activities. This is a release of liability.
Please read before signing. Do not sign or initial the release if you do not understand or do not agree with its terms.

I/we have asked to participate in the sport of 4x4 touring and related activities with Ancient Excursions tours. I understand that 4x4 touring
involves the risk of exposure to temperature extremes and inclement weather, which can result in personal injury, property damage and death.
Understand jeep touring also involves the risk of falling from said vehicles, I understand that accidents or illness can occur in remote places
without medical facilities. I understand that 4x4 touring can be strenuous activity, which should not be participated in by persons with heart
or cardiovascular ailments or other serious illnesses. I represent that myself and my family is in good health and physically and mentally
capable of participating in said activities. I understand that any route or activity chosen as part of our outdoor adventure may not be the
safest, but has been chosen for its interest. I UNDERSTAND THAT THE ACTIVITY OF 4x4 TOURING, like all outdoor activities involve
the risk of contact with wild animals, falls, equipment failure, collisions and/or contact with manmade or natural obstacles, and other riders
and drivers which can result in personal injury, property damage and death.
I expressly assume the risk of personal injury, death and property damage set forth in paragraph 1 above which may result from my
participation in jeep touring and waive any claims based on negligence or a breach of warranty I might assert on my own behalf or on behalf
of my minor children against Glenwood Adventure Company tours, its officers, directors, employees and agents, the Forest Service,, Bair
Ranch, High Canyon Adventures, Porter Ranch and the US Government for personal injuries, death and/or property damage sustained while
participating in 4x4 touring with Glenwood Adventure Company.
I further agree on my own behalf of my minor children to hold harmless and indemnify Glenwood Adventure Company, its officers,
directors, employees and agents, the Forest Service, Bair Ranch, High Canyon Adventures, and the US Government for personal injuries to
others or for property damage which results from my own participation or my minor children’s participation in 4x4 touring activities
I do hereby grant permission to Glenwood Adventure Company, their designated photographers, associates and agents to use photographs
taken of me during the tour in any way deem appropriate.
I agree that any claim, action or lawsuit relating to personal injuries, death and property damage, as a result of participation in 4x4 touring
shall be brought in Garfield County, Colorado USA.
I understand that the signature of the parent or guardian of any minor child on this agreement shall make all provisions of this release and
agreement applicable to and binding on the minor child.
This agreement shall be legally binding upon me, my heirs, assigns, legal guardians and personal represent ivies. I HAVE CAREFULLY
READ THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSATND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT I AM AWARE THAT I RELEASING
LEGAL RIGHTS THAT I OTHERWISE MAY HAVE, I enter into this agreement on behalf of myself, and/or my minor children of my own
free will. My signature on this document means that I have read the entire document and fully understand it and agree to be bound by its
terms.
