Requirements - University degree in related discipline with a minimum of 7 to 10 years relevant experience cross industries within a manufacturing environment - Previous P&L responsibilities & experience with assessment of internal & external suppliers globally. The incumbent will have both a strong technical and business background to enable him/her to recognize key business issues facing the company in the near-term and longer-term market trends and global competitiveness. Demonstrate capabilities, solid track records and tangible results in global & complex organization. - Bilingualism (French & English would be a definite asset for the role.
