installer of fine architectural quality outdoor flagpoles
and components. IPI flagpoles are extensively used in

environments, and other specialized applications. Features • IPI offers a complete line of state-of-the-art 6063-T6
cone tapered aluminum poles meeting ASTM B 241
specifications and NAAMM standards. • Fiberglass entasis tapered flagpoles with unidirectional
woven roving for maximum axial tensile strength. • Stainless steel flagpoles and steel sectional flagpoles.

guidelines of NAAMM. Flagpole shafts are
fabricated using all USA-made materials: new,
seamless 6063-T6 aluminum with 30,000 psi
tensile strength and a yield point of 25,000 psi.

External Halyard Commercial Grade
Heavy Duty Aluminum Flagpoles
45 ft. and 50 ft. Black Anodized Flagpoles
For simplicity, economy and a traditional look,
external halyard aluminum flagpoles are the
most commonly specified, with the halyard being
secured around a cleat. Standard fittings include
a SPUN ALUMINUM ANODIZED BALL whose
diameter matches the pole’s base, heavy cast
aluminum rotating double or single pulley TRUCK
system, braided nylon HALYARD rope, bronze
swivel flag SNAP CLIPS, cast aluminum CLEAT for
halyard tie-off, ground setting corrugated steel
FOUNDATION SLEEVE ASSEMBLY and a spun
aluminum finishing FLASH COLLAR.

Heavy Duty except the wall thickness and base diameters are smaller,
making this series better for home estates or small business application.

Internal Stainless Steel Cable
& Winch System Flagpoles
IPI Deluxe System aluminum flagpoles feature a
key-access locking door, removable crank handle,
a stainless steel winch and stainless steel aircraft
cable halyard. A specially designed hood at the
pole’s top allows the stainless steel cable to spool
inside the flagpole onto the winch. A special 1/8”
stainless steel cable flag harness is attached to the
hoisting cable with a quick link. A weight and beaded
ring attached to the harness keep the flag taut. IPI internal halyard systems are recommended
for applications where the security of the flag is
a consideration. The stainless winch system is
also recommended for high wind applications,
especially with large or multiple flag arrangements. Exposed

IPI cam-action aluminum flagpoles
feature a jam-cleat mounted inside the
flagpole shaft behind a key-accessible
locking door. This system employs a
traditional braided multi-filiment rope
instead of the stainless steel cable and
winch, thereby providing flag and halyard
security with economy.

Fiberglass Flagpoles
IPI Fiberglass Shafts are fabricated by PLP Composite Technologies, a leader
in the development of ENTASIS taper filament poles. The tensile strength
of the fiberglass laminate exceeds 40,000 p.s.i., which allows for a wind
loading capacity of greater than 120 m.p.h. in an unflagged condition.
The hard glossy traditional white polyester surface resists soiling and
scratching for long lasting beauty. The pole can also be manufactured
in many colors including bronze or black. Fiberglass flagpoles are nonconductive, negating any grounding requirements and are available
in both internal winch, cam cleat, and external halyard configurations.
