Slimline Patch Panel
WALL OR DIN MOUNT
Introduction
RLH 1 Plate Slimline Patch Panel is designed for fiber optic
patching and splicing applications where a wall mount or
DIN rail unit is desired.
1 Plate Slimline Patch Panel
This sturdy steel enclosure, powder coated light grey, holds
one adapter plate. Adapter plates are ordered separately
and are available with ST, SC, FC, LC, MTRJ, UPC and APC
style adapters. When ordered together the adapter plates
come pre-installed. The side panel has a hinged door with
easy and secure thumb screws.
Each patch panel includes an adhesive splice holder, fiber
splice protection sleeves, distribution chart, cable mounting
tie-downs and adhesive Velcro hook and straps for securing
fiber cable. Self-sealing removable 3/4” grommets on the
top and bottom of the enclosure allow a safe entrance and
exit for the fiber cable.

The patch panel can be wall mounted or DIN rail mounted
depending on the application. All wall mounting hardware is
included. Fiber cable assemblies or pigtails can be ordered
and pre-installed into the enclosure for ease of installation.

for easy and flexible fiber management.

Mounting
Choose a suitable location, with room for the door to open fully for easy access to the front. Pre-position
the patch panel to plan out cable routings and check for any potential problems with the location.
Once the position is determined, mark out the mounting points. For DIN rail applications just clip on to the
DIN rail where applicable.
For wall mounting use the included 3/4” screws. For all other mounting applications, use appropriate
mounting hardware as required.
