EQUIPMENT SELECTION
From the simplest slide projector to complex video
projection, to concert sound and stage lighting, Swank
Audio Visuals offers you the finest professional meeting,
convention and trade show services available anywhere.
As an audio visual rental company whose experience
pre-dates color motion pictures, television and both audio
and video tapes, we have been part of the most profound
changes in the way people communicate.
As members of your meeting team, we will assist you in
the pre-planning of your event, equipment, equipment
selection that best fits your meeting space environment
and provide assistance from our staff of professionally
trained projection, audio and lighting technicians.
PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL
ASSISTANCE & EQUIPMENT
INSTALLATION
We employ an experienced staff of professional technicians
trained in all aspects of projection, video, audio, and
lighting available for your meeting. If you have extensive
or specialized audio visual requests, a professional
technician is recommended, and with some equipment,
necessary for successful operation. If you would like the
services of a professional technician to be assigned and
dedicated to work with you, we will be glad to make these
arrangements in advance of your meeting.
EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION &
RESERVATIONS
Depending on the nature, extent or quantity of your
requirements, an additional charge will be applied for the
set-up and pre-testing of equipment, including the safety
tape-down of cables, additional power cords, and the
pack-up and removal of equipment at the conclusion of
your event. Some equipment requires a minimum charge
for a technician at the prevailing hourly rate for
installation and removal. Please call for the current labor
rates.
