These packages will support the average presentation needs of most groups. These packages are
all subject to an 18% set up charge. Technicians maybe added to any package for better service
and support. Basic AV Techs are $47.50 per hour with a 4 hour minimum. Services not fitting
the packages are quoted separately. Additional items and complete production services are

Non-Profit?
Riverfront Audio Visual is pleased to offer a non-profit discount to true 501(C)3 organizations. A discount of 1020% off of equipment rentals is available to any group that can provide a 501(C)3 form and can provide payment
by or on the event day. The AV Packages qualify for a 10% discount up to $1500 in rentals and 20% on totals
beyond that. Full production services can earn up to a 20% discount on in house gear and 10% on anything else.
The discounts do not apply to service or labor charges.
Terms and Conditions:
Riverfront Audio Visual is the exclusive supplier of AV Services at The Chase Center, no outside entities may provide any services Riverfront is capable of providing without written consent from the Chase Center on the Riverfront. Payment is due when services are rendered. Riverfront Audio Visual accepts all major credit cards. Late payments are subject to a 5% service charge and interest of 1.5% per month as allowed by law. A courtesy may be
extended for payment but this is a courtesy, not payment terms.
Riverfront Audio Visual agrees to provide the audio visual services or rental, and any related arrangements for the
function at the prices set forth in the Event Order which the Client is encouraged to review carefully. Client agrees
to pay said prices and other charges as provided according to the terms as established above. Client agrees that
they will provide all items listed under Client Responsibilities
Changes are inevitable. In the event of additions to the order, all changes will be agreed upon in writing. Client
agrees to pay all charges and fees necessary for Riverfront AV to execute the change. Deletions prior to 48 hours
will receive a full credit. Deletions made at the event may be billable if Riverfront AV has already incurred expenses
with execution. Basic items will normally receive a full credit. Client agrees to pay all costs incurred as a result of
last minute changes.
This is a contract for rental or production services and not of sale. The rental period is defined by the contract, and
is inclusive of set up, delivery and load out or pickup regardless of the number of days charged. The Client is responsible for the safety and security of the equipment throughout the rental period. Client agrees to provide security as may be specified during the rental period. The Client agrees to be responsible for any damage done to the
equipment during the time the Client, their guests, employees, independent contractors/representatives or other
agents are under the Client's control.
It is agreed between Client that Riverfront Audio Visual will not be held liable for damage to, or loss of property,
belonging to Client or Client's guests which is exhibited, displayed or left in Riverfront Audio Visual's premises if
such loss is the result of, or caused by, theft, fire, water, vandalism acts of God (earth movement, flood, lightning
etc); terrorism; war and/or military action or any other circumstance beyond our control. Riverfront Audio Visual
cannot be held responsible for interruption or failure to perform, caused by or resulting from utility service failure
including electric, telephone and internet outages; fire, water, theft, vandalism acts of God (earth movement,
flood, lightning etc); terrorism; war and/or military action or any other circumstance beyond our control.
All audio visual equipment and services are not confirmed until a signed copy of an AV Event has been received.
The Contract is Void if not signed, and returned within 5 business days of issuance. All equipment and services held
will then be released. Notice of Cancellation must be in writing to Riverfront Audio Visual. If this cancellation occurs less than 48 hours, cancellation charges may apply if Riverfront AV has incurred any charges on your behalf.
