TheRENTER (client)agreesthatallelectronic equipment canfailwithout notice duetowearandtear, movementduring intallation, orduetoinconsistent
powerprovided byvenue,andagreestohold ReactionAudio Visual,LLC.Harmlessforanycostsorlossofexhibit timeduetoequipment failurebeforeor
during theclients presentation. Theonlycompensation Reaction AVwillofferisapro-rated rentalcostreduction basedupon theduration oftheequipment
failurebeyonda(2)twohourperiod. Iftheequipment ismountedinsuchawaybytheRENTER, orbyReactionAVasdirected by theRENTERastolimit or
delayourabilitytoreplace theitematthetimeoffailurethen theitemwill bereplaced atthenextavailablemomentandnopro-rate discount canbeoffered
unlessnoreplacementismadeavailable.TheRENTERisresponsible for anyriggingcostsincurred toswapoutequipment ifrigged.The RENTERisresponsible
forthesecurityandwellbeingofallequipment fromthemoment delivered(including duringdrayage/handlingbydecorators orother3rdparties assignedby
RENTERtohandletheir boothelements)until picked upbyReaction AV.Thisincludes scratchestomonitor screensandbezels,missingremotes ormounting
hardwareoranyother lossordamageregarlessofcause.Damageswillbechargedtothecredit cardonfile.Byexecutingthis rental agreementyouagreeto
alltermsandconditions onthisform.
CANCELLATIONPOLICY
AvailabilityisNOTguaranteed untilorder ispaidandconfirmed.Orderscancelledlessthan14daysprior todeliveryaresubjecttoa25%restockingfee.
Orderscancelled lessthan7daysprior todeliveryaresubject toa50%restockingfee.Orderscannot becancelled lessthan5 calendar daysbeforethe
deliverydateunlessbothparties agree.The"Delivery"Dateforallbooth ordersisconsidered thefirstsetupdatethattheexhibitor isallowedtosetup,orthe
deliverydaterequested onthisorder form.RENTERmustbeinthebooth andsignfordeliveryunlessyouauthorize ustoleavetheequipmentinthebooth
unsecured.Re-deliverymayaddcoststotheRENTERSorder. IftheRENTERrequests Reaction toleavetheequipment intheboothunattended becausethey
cannotbeintheboothtosignforthegearatthescheduled deliverytime, theRENTER agreestostipulatethecondition oftheequipment wasgoodatthetime
ofthedelivery, andanydamagetotheequipment asnoted atthetimeofpickupwill bechargedtotheRENTER.
LABORPOLICY
Reaction AVwillperform anyandallworkthatweareABLEtoperform without violationofanyunionrules orrestrictions, anddelivertheequipmenttoyour
booth.Thebasicdeliverychargeincludesour techssettingupthemonitors ontheir tabletopstandsandplacingthemonaRENTERprovided surface,or
mounting themonitors toafloorstandthatWEprovide.Wewillconnect themonitor toalocalsource andremovetheemptycases.Allother typesof
installation (mounting monitors onwalls,truss, oranyothermethod) isconsidered advancedinstallation andmustbediscussedinadvance.Ifadedicatedtech
ortechnicians arerequired forthisinstallation then additional chargesmayapply.Advancedinstallation is$90/perhour, pertechnician, inmostcasesand
someminimums mayapply.Pleasecallusat949-600-8235todiscussyourbooth.Wewill workwith youtominimizecostsbutpleaseunderstand ifour techs
aregoingtospendseveralhoursordaysassemblingtheAVinyourbooth, wemustbecompensatedforthiswork.Wecanalsohelp youplanalltechnical
considerations suchassplitting signalstomultiple monitors, HDCPCompliance, signallossoverdistance, etc.Thereisnocost forpre-production serviceswith
yourorder.
DELIVERY/PICKUPPOLICY
DeliveryandpickuptimeundertheDeliverySectionisnotguaranteed.Thisisthetargettimeanddatethatweaimfor, and in almostallcasesitsnot anissue.
However,Reaction AVdoesnotcontrol thedock.Wecanonlyestimatewhentheequipment willbeloadedintothefacilityanddeliveredtoyourbooth.Please
donotscheduleriggersorinstall crewforaudiovisualwithout consulting withReaction AVfirst.Reaction AVcannotbeheldresponsible forlaborcosts(orany
other costs)forwait/stand-bytimeiftheAVisnotdelivered tothebooth attheexacttimerequested.Werecommend atimebufferbetween therequested
deliverytimeandthescheduling ofanyinstallanddismantlelabor (including laborbookedthrough Reaction AV)toensuretheequipment isinthebooth
beforelabor arrives.
PLASMASTANDPOLICY
Weoftengetquestionsastowhywechargewhatwechargeforaplasmastand,andthenaseparatecostforamount.Thereare severalfactors involved,and
wehaveexperimented withvariouspricestructures inthepast,andhavedetermined thatthebestmethod forallparties istochargethesamerentalcostfor
astand,regardlessifthemonitor isalsorented fromReaction, orifyouprovideoneyourself.However,Thecommcerial (industry standard)DualPole7'Tall
Plasma/LCDStandthatwecarrydoesnotmatedirectlytothemonitor. Themonitor musthaveacompatible bracket,manufacturered byPremierMountsand
itmustmatetothePSDDualPoleStand.Consumerwallmounts foundatboxstores suchasBestBuywillnotmatetothestand.Iftheclient ownstheproper
mountfortheir monitor- itsnoproblem.However, iftheclient bringshis/herownmonitor anddoesnotownthecompatible mount, thenReaction AVcanrent
themount.Itwouldbeimpossible forustolistthecostofthesemounts ontheorder formasthereareliterallyhundreds ofmodelsthatfitevery
brand/make/modelofmonitor onthemarket.Wewillgladlyprovideaquote forthesemountsuponrequest.Weusuallyrentthesemountstoourclients for
$75,butthisisnotguaranteed.Justemailorcalluswith theexactmake/modelofmonitor youarebringing.Pleaseunderstand thatifyoubringyourown
monitor youwillneedtoorder laborfrom usifyouwantustoattachittothestand.Wewilldoour verybesttoserveyou, butAVlaborisexpensiveforusto
provide, andhangingclient monitors onstandsisalwaysatimeconsuming endeavor.Reaction willnotbeheldliableforANYdamagetoaclient monitor for
anyreasonwhatsoever,ifyourequest thatReactionhangyourmonitor.Thereissimplynowayforustoverifyifanydamagetothemonitor alreadyexisted,or
wascausedbyathird party.Internaldamagecannotbeseenbyvisualinspection.Byordering labortohandleanyofyourequipment youagreetohold
Reaction AVanditsvendorsharmlessforanylossordamagesofanykind.
