more than 20% of the flux.
The number of hours specified on the product data sheet
refers to the most critical product, therefore in conditions of
lower power and at a working temperature lower than 25°C
a substantial increase of the product performance may
be expected.
European quality mark
Fixture intended for use with a risk of explosion due to the
presence of combustible powders or explosive substances
according to theATEX Directive (see facing page)
SDCM - Standard Deviation Colour Matching is the
standard deviation of the correspondence of colours
between two lamps. With a value of 3 SDCM or less, the
lamps emit light with a colour that is difficult to perceive
with the human eye.

The highly technological identity and the value of the Beghelli
brand are fully expressed in the project for the renewal of
emergency fixture light sources and now also of lighting. In the
Stella Polare project, the use of high-efficiency LEDs and a
calibrated light beam produces adequate lighting while maintaining
very high energy saving.
The Luce Utile (Useful Light) philosophy springs from the need to
obtain an ideal beam of light for lighting and emergency lighting
that gives the maximum possible light output. The optics have
been specially designed to solve lighting problems on the ground
with a smaller number of fixtures, respecting the values
envisaged by the regulations in force.
LuceUtile Project
It does not matter how much light a fixture emits.
What makes it important is what its light shows,
transforming it into a useful lighting fixture.
All the light outside the controlled beam is just a waste of energy.
After the great success of “Stella Polare LED Emergency”, we are
proud to present on the market the new Beghelli proposal for
ordinary, technical and industrial lighting, LED.
And so the “Stella Polare LED Light” line is born, which exploits the
continuous efforts our group has always dedicated to the search for
new ideas, maximum efficiency in optical and lighting performance,
with consequent important energy saving values.
We are certain that all experts in the sector – designers, architects,
wholesalers and installers – will recognise in the “Stella Polare LED
Emergency” and now in the Lighting project, the innovative spirit that
animates us, and will propose its advantages to their interlocutors
and customers to improve the quality of their life.

the latest generation. A new
point of arrival for electronic
intelligence linked to the
lighting world.
SMARTDRIVER
Focus on functional expandability
and high lighting performance:
the management of every single
fixture can be customized by
integrating the appropriate SD
building automation Sensors or
Modules which can be individually
connected to the SmartDriver.
Building
automation intelligence
The system allows specific luminous
scenarios to be set, linked to everyday
situations, or specially studied for carrying out
particular activities. The scenarios can be
activated both locally, with the Building
Automation Control unit connected to
a PC, and in remote mode through a Web
interface, a Smartphone or a Tablet
Wireless control
We reproduce all the functions of the most
modern lighting systems, avoiding the laying
of additional cables or BUS (e.g. DALI). The
modularity of the SmartDriver system allows
the function to be activated with only the
connection of the Building Automation
Module, equipped with a radio antenna
and programmed to activate as soon as it is
connected.
We give even more value
to Savings
Each appliance can be fitted with a specific
system for recording energy consumption
data, designed to supply the necessary
information to bodies authorized by the
Energy Service Company (ESCo) in order to
obtain Energy Saving Certificates (White
Certificates). Grande ESCo Italia has all the
necessary certifications and the technology
compatible with the Stella Polare
SmartDriver system equipped with the
Grande ESCO Italia Module.
Dynamic detection
of presences
A colour camera on board the appliance for
the active and multidimensional detection of
presences frames the work area and
divides it into quadrants, individually
connected to automatic actions on the
lighting system, given by the movement of
the people. This exclusive characteristic
present in the Vision Module allows the
system to respect the Standard for the
Lighting of Workplaces UNI EN 12464-1. The
images recorded can be downloaded by
the Building Automation Control unit.
Self-adapting dimmer
Each SmartDriver appliance, equipped with
an Autodimmer Sensor, becomes
autonomous in its basic functions: it manages
the lighting by automatically regulating the
luminous intensity according to the natural or
artificial light already present in the
environment, with energy savings of up to
30% greater than LED fixtures with a fixed
light intensity.
Total compatibility
with Building Automation
The SmartDriver project allows a dialogue
with other communication protocols like the
DALI. The special DALI Module / 0-10V
allows both DALI interfacing and 0-10V
analogue dimming with direct control.

Acciaio Top LED Atex is the reply to the request for products with a
high technological content for particularly demanding applications in
high-risk areas. The steel housing and glass diffuser present both
excellent mechanical resistance (IK09) and resistance to aggressive
chemical agents. In the industrial field, it is ideally used in installations
in environments with an explosive atmosphere, caused either by
alterations of a gaseous type or by the presence of combustible
powders suspended in the air, since it already complies with
Standard ATEX 94/9/EC for zones 02 and 22.
The optic system is composed of a diffuser subdivided into 15 cells for
optimal light distribution, and a special microprismatic glass with very high
light transmittance for greater visual comfort.
Acciaio Top LED Atex is suitable for heavy-duty use even in outdoor
environments directly exposed to inclement weather: it is designed to
resist mechanical vibrations and electromagnetic disturbances typical
of industrial environments.

The exact emission of light on the work surface gives precision to the
beam of light, the indirect emission that is reflected on the side
reflectors considerably increases comfort thanks to an overall result of
soft light.

Zoom LED Beghelli is a fixture that
overturns the already known schemes of
accent lighting. Thanks to a patented
microcontrol of the light beam, quite unlike
other products on the market until now,
this fixture has an unprecedented
versatility of use and an efficiency of the
light beam that upset the traditional
concept of the “accent spotlight”.
The light beam control system is
structured with a technology similar to that
of the most innovative variable focus
camera lenses: a micromovement group
that, easily and without tools, is able to vary
the focal length and therefore the width of
the cone of light.
The end result is a unique product that
produces a beam of light with a
continuously variable angle of emission
from 10° to 40°.

Three-phase electrified track
Adjustable focus projector made of die-cast aluminium which
integrates the power of 9 high-efficiency LEDs. Patented optics,
consisting of a system of variable focus PMMA lenses to adjust the
beam of light with an angle between 10° and 40°. Adjustment is
continuous and is obtained by a regulator on the rear. The fixture can
be oriented on both the horizontal and the vertical axis. The Zoom Led
system envisages the used of a vast range of accessories for the
creation of a three-phase electrified track; The adaptor supplied allows
the spotlight to be used on most of the three-phase electrified tracks
available on the market. The Zoom Led range has been designed
specifically for accent lighting, where it is essential to enhance the
items on display. Due to this particular feature it does not offer
dimming with an AutoDimmer Sensor.
The fixture is also available on request in a single-phase version.

Zoom LED on a three-phase electrified rail is

Downlight
This revolutionary Downlight range sprang from the need to optimize
lighting on the ground while reducing glare as much possible. The
patented optical system consists of a primary louvre with very high
reflectance and a secondary louvre for controlling glare, so it is also
suitable in the presence of video terminals. The control gear is
independent of the fixture and is supplied already wired to the optical
compartment, complete with cable ties.
The particular diffusion of the heat of products with LED sources
considerably reduces the overheating of the illuminated surfaces,
thus ensuring greater environmental comfort and less impact on the
illuminated objects. Together with the substantial absence of UV
radiation, these features make the product particularly suitable for
exhibition areas.
An additional accessory is available for lighting the LED source of the
device in the event of a black-out.

The recessed D170/1150 - D226 LED has a
really minimal technological impact. The wide
illumination area makes it suitable even for
large spaces; with the appropriate adapter
modules it can be installed in existing holes
from 170 to 240mm. In offices with the
presence of PC operators, it offers excellent

General
The H250/400 LED is a fixture of the latest generation able to
combine the advantages of the LED light source with state-of-the-art
optic systems, as regards both performance and flexibility of
application. The LED sources used, with very high efficiency, produce
unprecedented lighting on the ground and allow mounting at heights
of more than 12 metres. The diffuser has an ample and uniform area
of emission, allowing very low luminosity and therefore reduced glare
with high visual comfort. The excellent mechanical characteristics
(IP66-IK09) allow installation even in heavy-duty industrial
environments. The fixture is available with three different optic modes:
concentrating, wide and elliptical beam.
Unlike traditional industrial louvre fixtures, the H250/400 LED is
characterized by very compact dimensions, especially the height,
which make it the ideal solution for sheds where there are overhead
cranes or other moving structures. The fixture is designed to resist
magnetic disturbances typical of industrial environments (EN 610006-2). In the versions with dimming, to ensure maximum energy
saving, self-adapting technology is used on the sensor integrated in
the fixture, to automatically adjust the emission of light according to
the reading of the natural light present on the work surface.
A LED INVERTER is also available which transforms the fixture into an
emergency fixture with SA function, to light a section of the LED
source in the event of a black-out.
The versions with intelligent dimming are enabled in the “Grande
ESCo Italia” project

Louvres
The F50 LED is a fixture of the latest generation able to combine the
advantages of the LED light source with state-of-the-art optic
systems, as regards both performance and flexibility of application.
The LED sources used, with very high efficiency, produce
unprecedented lighting that allows the illumination of building façades
or hardstands, even at considerable distance. The diffuser has an
ample and uniform area of emission, allowing very low luminosity and
therefore reduced glare with high visual comfort. The excellent
mechanical characteristics (IP66-IK09) allow installation in outdoor
environments even in extreme conditions.
A LED INVERTER is also available which transforms the fixture into an
emergency fixture with SA function, to light a section of the LED
source in the event of a black-out.

When each fixture adapts to the environmental conditions
The SmartDriver is the heart of the Stella Polare LED dimmable
lighting system, it automatically manages the Autodimmer sensor
necessary for self-adjustment of the flux.
As soon as the fixture is installed an automatic self-calibration
procedure of the Autodimmer sensor is activated, based on the
context in which it is positioned.
The light reflected by the floor and by the illuminated objects is
measured automatically; adjustment is based on this
measurement, with the aim of maintaining the same quantity of
reflected light over time (see image).
The reflected light is the sum of the light projected on the floor by
the light fixture and of the natural light present in the environment,
for example coming from windows and skylights: keeping this sum
constant, when the light in the environment increases, means
automatically reducing the light emitted by the fixture, obtaining
greater energy saving.
The fixtures in the Stella Polare LED line fitted with an Autodimmer
sensor incorporate the continuous self-calibration function which
is “self-adapting” to the changing environmental conditions in
which they are used.
Immediately after installation, the self-dimming system measures
the reflection conditions in the environment where it is installed, and
is able to estimate the correct mix of artificial and natural light, more
and more accurately as time passes.

A Control unit for managing predefined actions and scenarios
excluding the self-adapting operation of the individual fixtures.
Besides activating predetermined lighting scenarios, it is
possible to perform a wide range of centralized controls of
groups of fixtures that can follow different operating modes if
presence sensors are integrated for automatic control during
determined events (passage of vehicles, presence of
personnel, etc.), resulting in what is known as Building
automation lighting.
BUILDING AUTOMATION / VISION SYSTEM
SD fixtures, with the Stella Polare LED Building Automation
module have an integrated antenna for the two-way exchange
of information with the Building Automation Control unit. As
soon as the Control unit is inserted in the system, it is
immediately recognized by the drivers of each fixture and a
reciprocal exchange of information begins, without activating
any further procedure. Once the phase of “getting to know” the
fixtures is over, the Control unit can immediately control the
appliances, activating lighting scenarios defined by the user,

The system allows specific luminous scenarios to be set, linked to
determined everyday situations, or specially studied for carrying out
particular activities. The scenarios may be activated locally, through
radio or wired switches connected to the Building automation
control unit or, in remote mode, through a WEB graphic interface or
directly by a Tablet or Smartphone. The possibility of programming
the scenarios allows the system to be subdivided into groups of
fixtures, and ranges from the simple remote switching or or off in
given time bands to the programming of customizable dimming
with the aim of increasing the level of energy saving while
maintaining safety in the workplace (for example at night the power
can be lowered in environments that still have to maintain a
minimum level of lighting).

The fixtures with intelligent dimming in the Stella Polare LED
project are able to check the presence of persons in the work
area, with additional presence sensors. Each fixture, or group of
fixtures, can be controlled by presence sensors, so that the light
increases automatically and instantaneously in the presence of
personnel or vehicles.

this intensity is maintained for a set time. When this time has
elapsed, in the absence of the operator, the luminosity returns to
the minimum value with a continuous ramp of decreasing

THE VISION SYSTEM
Movement detectors and presence sensors are instruments that
increase the energy efficiency of the electrical system in which
they are installed.
These devices are designed to adapt the consumption of
electricity to the real lighting requirements: this means using
artificial lighting only when the sunlight is not sufficient and only for
the time in which anyone is present in the environment.
This type of sensor works on its whole area of intervention, without
considering the location of the persons inside, therefore deviating
from the requirements of Standard UNI EN 12464-1 which
defines the subdivision into zones of a single work environment,
This subdivision of each working environment into 3 areas has so
far been only theoretical due to the lack of simple and inexpensive
technical instruments, which would allow light fixtures to “follow”
people during their movements from one work station to another in
the same environment. From today this becomes possible with the
Vision Beghelli dynamic system for the detection of
presences which, when applied, allows the intelligent reduction of
the lighting of part of the work environment, considerably increasing
visual comfort. The reduction of the power used also produces a
further 25% of energy saving compared to the latest generation of
systems with LED technology and 90% with respect to fixtures with
traditional technology.

The VISION System is radically different from ordinary presence
sensors or movement detectors, for the technology used and the
particular situations of use that can adapt to the specific
architectural and ergonomic requirements of the environment in
which light fixtures fitted with the Vision Module are installed.

a dedicated algorithm subdivides the frame captured by the Module
into areas, each area obtained acts as though it were a movement
sensor located in that area and activates the radio controls to the
rest of the system, depending on the presence of persons or on
their movement within the same work environment.

and can be fitted on most Beghelli light fixtures. The images taken
are made active so as to subdivide each environment into
sections, thus defining the various areas of the same premises,
recognizing them according to where the personnel is located.
THE FLEXIBILITY OF THE VISION MODULE
The Vision Module can be integrated in any Stella Polare LED lighting system. Specific solutions are employed to adapt the camera
and electronics to the different characteristics of the individual fixtures.
- Where the dimensions allow it, the Module is a component to be ordered separately that can be easily installed in the fixture.
- In the case of fixtures with small dimensions, or to optimize the framing of the environment without being tied to the lighting system,
the Radio Module can be implemented, provided with a transmitter for communicating with the Control unit and controlling the other
appliances even if it is not fitted on any of them.
- When the Protection Grade component is of fundamental importance, and it is preferred not to intervene on the fixture, the solution
is provided by the special versions of products which already include the Module inside them (they can be recognized by the order
code containing the letters VS).

The software is able to record the targeted movements of
persons and moving objects, while it ignores insignificant
movements in the monitored area. Each environment can host
one or more fixtures equipped with the Vision Module; if more
cameras are needed to “map” the whole location, each one of
them is able to communicate the information processed to the
other fixtures present in the same environment, which will follow
the “orders” of the Module that manages the illumination of the
area. Like all movement detectors, the Vision Modules allow the
adjustment of the switch-off delay, a characteristic which allows
the level of environmental illumination to be kept constantly
under control so as to switch on the artificial light, if the natural
lighting is not sufficient, and to switch it off when the light

The transmitter is a radio interface device, supplied at 230Vac, with
an input at 230V able to send radio commands to the light fixtures or
to appropriate receivers with relay actuators.
The device, with approximate dimensions 46x49x24mm, has 3
screw terminals, two for the power supply (N and P) and one input (I)
which reads the voltage present shared with the neutral terminal (N).
The device has a built-in antenna and can be fitted in any type of
unshielded container; if used in a 503 box it occupies the internal
space of a single socket.

The Receiver is a radio interface device, supplied at 230Vac, which
integrates a relay able to control light fixtures and other electric
loads.
With approximate dimensions 46x49x24mm, has 4 screw
terminals, two for the power supply (N and P) and two for the 230V
output (N and Pout).
The antenna is built-in and can be fitted in any type of unshielded
container; if used in a 503 box it occupies the internal space of a
single socket.
The relay is able to switch a maximum current of 10A to 230Vac.
The receiver also has a built-in power meter and a counter for the
electric energy distributed at the output. The counter data are read
by radio messages and it is enabled in the “Grande ESCo Italia”
project.

WEEE DIRECTIVE 2002/96/EC
The quantity of waste derived from electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) is increasingly rapidly and
a large part consists of light sources (excluding incandescent filament lamps).
The main objective of the directive is to prevent WEEE thrown, at the end of their working life, into landfill
or incinerators, causing a further serious impact on the environment.
Directive 2002/96/EC has therefore sought to introduce a control mechanism which envisages a
controlled management of the device at the end of its working life, to encourage its reuse or recycling.
The legislative mechanism also promotes design and production concepts that make product disposal
easier, in terms of both disassembly and materials.
In the case of lamps, the financing of activities connected to the collection, management and recycling
of WEEE at the end of their working life is guaranteed by a visible fee applied at the moment of sale.
All passages in the commercial chain are required to make a contribution, some in economic terms, some
in terms of activity, to ensure that the spirit of the directive is respected (and the environment is
protected).
In Italy the directive was acknowledged with decree 151 of 25 July 2005 and subsequently integrated in
other implementing decrees.
THESE ARE THE PRINCIPAL OBLIGATIONS ENVISAGED
The producer (understood in the broad sense and therefore substantially whoever applies his brand on
the goods and who imports from another country) is responsible for the costs of disposal of his products
at the end of their working life.
The sales outlet is required to collect the product at the end of its working life if it replaced by a new one
of the same kind.
The consumer is required to manage the item sensibly at the end of its life, consigning it to an equipped
collection point, a sales area, or following the manufacturer’s indications.
Beghelli has always been aware of the environmental problem and is one of the founder members of the
ECOLIGHT consortium, to which the company consigns all the collected visible contribution.
Choosing products and companies that rely on voluntary consortiums for the recovery and recycling of
products is a responsible and ecologically correct choice for the protection of the environment and for our
future.
The products that fall within the field of application of the WEEE directive are identified by the symbol
alongside (there is also the version not crossed-out).
RHOS DIRECTIVE 2002/95/EC
In order to facilitate the recovery and recycling of electrical equipment and to avoid the accumulation of
hazardous substances in the environment, the European community issued the RHOS directive,
acknowledged in Italy with the same decree as the WEEE directive, that is DM 151 of 25 July 2005. The
Directive was rewritten and issued with reference 2011/65 with new obligations for producers in terms
of documentation. The substantial provisions remain unchanged:
Without prejudice to annex 5, as from 1st July 2006 it is forbidden to launch on the market new electrical
and electronic equipment falling under the categories identified in annex 1A, as well as incandescent light
sources containing lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) or
polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE).
Exceptions and exemptions to this regulation are contemplated, in particular the veto on mercury is not
applied to compact fluorescent lamps and fluorescent tubes containing mercury in quantities not
exceeding the allowed limits. Other exceptions are contemplated and are continuously updated. For

General terms of sale
1. ORDERS - FINALIZATION OF AGREEMENTS
7. COMPLAINTS - REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
Product purchase orders must be made in writing. Placing of an order is considered irrevocable. The
Seller reserves the faculty to fulfil orders also in part, or to cancel them, even any residual part, in the
event of a change of the situation of the Buyer. All collaboration programmes, orders, commissions and
agreements are intended as finalized with the written or verbal confirmation by the Seller, or at any rate
with the start of invoicing and/or delivery of the products ordered.
For replacements and complaints the safeguards contemplated by the law are applied, applicable to the
specific type of customer, professional operator or consumer. As soon as the products are received, the
Buyer is required to check the condition, the quantity of the supply and to ensure that it corresponds to
the delivery note. Any complaints concerning quality, quantity or type of product must be made in writing
within 8 (eight) days of the date of receipt of the goods. Once that time has expired, and without prejudice
to the various guarantee conditions envisaged for the individual products, no complaint can be made
regarding the substance and quality of the goods, or for their general conditions. The Buyer may for no
reason return the products without prior authorization of the Seller in writing, nor delay and/or totally or
partially suspend payment of the invoices, not even in the case of complaints. Should there be grounds
for the complaint, in the Seller’s opinion, and if it has been made within the guarantee terms indicated in
the illustrative booklets that accompany the individual products, the guarantee obligation is limited to the
simple replacement of the non conforming product according to the delivery procedures of the first
supply. Any right of the Buyer to cancel the order or to obtain any refund for expenses and/or damages
is therefore excluded. The right to replacement of the disputed product expires if the product is not kept
diligently, at the Seller’s disposal, and immediately returned to the place established by the Seller.
2. VARIATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
After finalization of the order, any modification or integration of the content and terms of the order shall
be valid and become effective only when the Seller sends the Buyer a variation of the confirmation. The
text of the confirmation or of the variation of the confirmation by the Seller shall prevail in any case over
any other document.
Should the Buyer not wish to accept the terms that differ from his order, he must point it out within 20
(twenty) days of the date of confirmation, otherwise the variation of confirmation shall be deemed
accepted in full.
3. ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURE
The Seller cannot be held liable for non acceptance of an order, or for non delivery or delayed delivery of
the products ordered. The acceptance and execution of the order are specifically subordinate to the
availability of the products ordered and to the absence of circumstances that could in any way influence
their availability and the promptness of their delivery.
The prices indicated in the Seller’s price lists are not binding, consequently the Seller reserves the right
to modify them until the time of delivery of the products.
The prices are net of VAT and of any other fiscal dues.
4. DELIVERY TERMS
9. PAYMENTS
The delivery terms communicated by the Seller are purely indicative.
The delivery terms expressed in days are normally calculated in working days.
Any modifications to the delivery terms requested by the Buyer must be accepted in writing by the Seller.
Any delays in delivery, and any interruptions and/or total or partial suspensions of delivery, even if not
due to force majeure and/or act of providence, shall not entitle the Buyer to claim a refund for damages
and/or compensation of any kind nor even interest; the Buyer shall have the sole faculty to cancel the
order upon written notice to the Seller of at least thirty days counted from the date of receipt of the
registered letter with recorded delivery sent by the Buyer.
All payments must be made at the times and with the methods indicated by the Seller to the latter’s
headquarters at Monteveglio (Bologna) or to the person indicated and duly authorized in writing by the
Seller. In the case of a delay in payment, the defaulting buyer shall be required to pay the Seller interest
for arrears from the due date of the contractual term until the date of settlement, according to the primerate in force at the time (as determined by the Italian Banking Association - ABI) plus 5 (five) points,
without prejudice to claims for further loss. Failure by the Buyer to respect the terms of payment shall
entitle the Seller to terminate the respective supply contract with immediate effect and to suspend
delivery of all products that may be ordered without the need for any communication, with the consequent
right for the Seller to demand the immediate payment of the entire credit and to take action for the
compensation of damage suffered.
Without limitation, the following are to be considered causes of force majeure: strikes, lockouts, rebellion,
labour conflicts, fire, natural calamities, impossibility to provision products, interruptions or difficulties in
transport, delayed deliveries, lack of raw materials, actions of the government and authorities, failure of
suppliers and, in general, any unforeseeable event which cannot be reasonably considered to be under
the control of the Seller. In all such cases, as in the event of act of providence, the Seller reserves the
faculty to suspend and/or delay the delivery of the products and even to cancel the orders, even if already
confirmed, without this entitling the Buyer to claim a refund from the Seller for damages and/or
compensation of any kind, including direct, indirect and consequential damage.
6. DELIVERY - TRANSPORT
The goods always travel at the Buyer’s own risk, even when sent carriage paid and/or with the Seller’s
vehicle, so the Seller shall not accept any complaints for any breakages and/or tampering with the
products. Delivery of the products is considered made from the headquarters of the Seller at Monteveglio
(Bologna).
Transport expenses are borne by the Buyer. The Seller does not accept returned packaging.
Beghelli products are manufactured to state-of-the-art standards in terms of safety, in compliance with the
requirements of laws 186/68 and 791/77, and do not compromise the safety of persons, pets or property,
if installed and used according to their intended purpose and correctly fitted. Moreover, the products that
fall within the field of application of the EEC Directives (“EMC” Directive 89/336/EEC - acknowledged with
Law Decree 476/92 - amended by Directive 93/68/EEC and the “BT” Directive 73/23/EEC - acknowledged
with Law 791/77 - amended by Directive 93/68/EEC) comply with the essential requirements contained
therein. The CE mark applied on the product and/or on the packaging and/or on any warnings for use that
accompany the product “indicates presumed conformity with the Directives” mentioned above. Beghelli
keeps a Technical Archive, at the disposal of the competent authorities for any inspections, containing the
documentation demonstrating that the produce has been examined to assess its conformity.

10. LIEN AGREEMENT
The products are sold under a lien agreement; they shall therefore remain the property of the Seller until
full payment has been made.
The Buyer therefore undertakes to inform third parties of the existence and efficacy of this lien
agreement, and to safeguard the Seller’s rights deriving therefrom.
11. COMPETENT COURT
For any controversy or dispute concerning the interpretation, validity and execution of the order, or
connected in any way to the contracts to which these general terms of sale apply, the exclusive competent
court shall be the Court of Bologna.
