Canadian Homeline loadcentres are CSA certified only. Can I purchase U.S. Homeline loadcentres for the Canadian market? U.S. Homeline loadcentres are UL listed only and not certified for use in Canada. Do we offer a true flush or surface cover for Homeline loadcentres? NEMA Type 1, Indoor Homeline loadcentre covers are considered a ‘‘combination cover’’ and are used for both surface and flush applications. Can you mount QO™ branch breakers in a Homeline loadcentre? • You must use Homeline circuit breakers in Homeline loadcentres and QO circuit breakers in QO loadcentres. • Homeline circuit breaker connections are unique for Canada. What do I use for the Homeline 2-pole breaker lockoff? • Use the HOM2PAHA for Homeline breakers that are 80 A and up. • Use the HOM2PALA for Homeline breakers that are 70 A and below. What bus material is available with Schneider Electric Canada loadcentres? Canadian Homeline loadcentres are available with aluminum bus and Canadian QO loadcentres are available with copper bus. What are the maximum amperage ratings for Homeline branch circuit breakers? • The maximum Homeline branch circuit breaker is 50 A (1-pole) and 200 A (2-pole). • The 2-pole, 150-200 A branch breakers are restricted for use in Homeline loadcentres rated at 150 A or greater. What is the Homeline warranty? Schneider Electric Canada warrants its single-phase loadcentres to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal care and proper usage in a residential application for a period of 10 years from the date of installation of Homeline loadcentres, and lifetime for QO loadcentres, when used with the recommended circuit breakers. For more information, please refer to the QO and CHOM circuit breaker warranty documents. Do we offer a Homeline generator panel? Please refer to the Canadian QO generator panel product offer. Cat #’s QOGP3P3036, QOGP3P6036, and QOGP3P604436200 generator panels. Are Homeline loadcentres available without knockouts? Canadian Homeline and QO loadcentres are not available without knockouts. Can Homeline loadcentres be flipped for top or bottom feed? Type 1 Indoor Homeline loadcentres can be flipped for top or bottom feed. All labels are bi-directional. Are Homeline loadcentres available for a 3-phase application? Homeline loadcentres are available for single-phase applications only. For 3-phase applications, use QO Loadcentres. OEM mounting bases are available for QO loadcentres only. Is there an optional neutral lug for a Homeline loadcentre that will accept a larger wire than the standard neutral bar will accept? • Yes, there are optional, field installed neutral lugs for most Homeline loadcentres. • Options include LK70AN (#12-2Al or #14-4Cu), LK100AN (#6-2/0 Al-Cu), LK125AN (#14-2/0 Al-Cu), LK150AN (#2-3/0 Al-Cu) or LK225AN (#4 -300MCM Al-Cu). Does Schneider Electric offer blank endwalls for their Homeline loadcentres? Canadian Homeline & QO loadcentres do not offer optional blank endwalls. Which Homeline circuit breakers are SWD (switch-duty) rated? CHOM115, CHOM120, CHOM115HM and CHOM120HM are SWD rated. Can the handle tie for the 2-pole Homeline circuit breaker be replaced? The handle tie is not replaceable, this is factory installed only. How many pole spaces does CHOM2125 use? Two. CHOM215 through CHOM2125 are all 2-pole spaces. Will the HOM1HT, handle tie work on the Homeline GFI circuit breaker? No, the customer must purchase a 2-pole HOM GFI circuit breaker. How are CHOM115HM and CHOM120HM different from CHOM115 and CHOM120 circuit breakers? • HM = high magnetics. • CHOM-HM circuit breakers are typically used on microwave, air conditioning and other circuits subject to in-rush current. Are Homeline GFI, EPD and AFI circuit breakers rated 50/60 hertz? CSA certified Homeline and QO GFI, EPD & AFI circuit breakers are rated 60 hertz only. Do Homeline tandems have an SWD rating? CSA certified Homeline and QO tandem circuit breakers are not SWD rated. Is a 120 Vac shunt trip available on a Homeline circuit breaker? Electrical accessories are not available on Homeline circuit breakers. Vac shunt trip is available on QO circuit breakers (add suffix 1021). Do we offer a handle tie for the outside two poles of the Homeline T quad circuit breaker? Schneider Electric offers only handle tie # HOMTHT for the inside two poles. Is the Homeline 1-pole 20 amp circuit breaker compatible with aluminum wire? Yes, Homeline circuit breakers will accept aluminum or copper conductors. Is there an extended warranty for Homeline circuit breakers?
