Incorporating our unique spring latch, swing down, one piece reflector system, the RG2LED high bay is offered in 125W and 170W, delivering up to 18,000 lumens. Coupled with a wide array of options and accessories, RG2LED is the perfect choice for new installations and retrofits in manufacturing, warehouse, retail, and institutional applications. • Spring-loaded latches secure LED Board tray/reflector and optional lens for swing-down access • Energy efficient – up to 58% energy savings vs. HID HOUSING Die-formed heavy gauge steel housing with high-gloss baked white enamel finish over rust inhibiting phosphate coat. Die-formed steel end caps with center 7/8” KOs, and (2) 1/2" KOs, attaching via center interlocking tab into housing, secured by 2 screws. Smooth housing edges for ease of handling. Title 24 compliant sensors available. ACCESS / WIRING Two 1/2” KOs and one 7/8" KO per end cap. Two 7/8” KOs on top of housing. LED Board tray and optional lens feature toolless, spring-loaded quick-release latches that allow reflector and optional lens to swing down independently to access PSU chamber. LEDS Thermal pad is used to back aluminum core LED Boards. Screws attach LED boards to tray/reflector. Available in two wattages 125W and 170W. Outputs are: 13,670lm (125W), 17,970lm, (170W), 5000K CCT (standard), >80 CRI. Also available in 4100K CCT. LEDs are LM80 tested. Operating life >80,000 hours (L70). MOUNTING Recommended mounting heights up to 25 feet. Pendant, chain, hook, and aircraft cable configurations available. ELECTRICAL 120-277V LED power supply, power factor >90% with 0-10 dimming capability standard. Power supply output current is 2100mA for 125W units and 3150mA for 170W units. Power supply units (PSUs) are accessible from below. 125W models use 2 PSUs; 170W models use 1 PSU. Multi-PSU fixtures are wired to allow for bi-level switching on 120/277V, consult factory for 480V.
