What does AIRS being an HR Certification Institute approved provider mean?
AIRS is an Approved Provider of the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). To become an Approved Provider,
AIRS was required to provide comprehensive information regarding training and education activities for
review and approval by the HRCI. As an Approved Provider, AIRS is authorized to award recertification
credit hours for attendance in specified AIRS training courses. AIRS has been an Approved Provider by

Does AIRS offer any self-guided learning modules?
AIRS believes in the value of instructor-led training courses allowing for a high level of attendee and
instructor interaction. For many talent acquisition professionals, real-time interaction, demonstrations,
and networking are key components of success and live classes allow for that opportunity. AIRS has
created a short pre-class training video that is available for certification course attendees to jump start
the learning process. AIRS also offers an interviewing methodologies course that is available as a selfguided learning module specifically for hiring managers.
How do I re-certify for an AIRS Certification?
AIRS offers certified alumni the opportunity to take a stand-alone re-certification exam for the CIR, PRC,
CDR, CSSR, CSMR, CMVR and ACIR at no charge. To re-certify for the ECRE designation, the charge for
the exam is $79. The exams include a Key Concepts document as a helpful study-guide to prepare for
the re-certification process. AIRS Alumni receive a discount on attending an updated course as part of
their re-certification process. Please contact AIRS for the current discount available.
Does AIRS offer a discount to individuals certified by other recruitment training
companies?
Yes, AIRS is pleased to offer a 50% discount off the current published price on our website of any AIRS
Training course for individuals who have certified with any other nationally recognized recruitment
training company. We believe that we provide the gold standard of recruitment training in the industry,
and we have offered a recruitment certification since 1999. Having been in the industry since 1997, we
believe that internet sourcing will continue to evolve, and the more talent acquisition professionals we
are able to support, the better for the industry.
Does AIRS offer a Military Veteran discount?
