DELTA BUMPER XENON FOG LIGHTS
for JEEP Wrangler JK 2007-2008

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
1. Remove factory tow hooks held by 8 bolts - 2 bolts on each side of the frame. (See photo #1)
2. Disconnect factory fog lamps from the factory harness.
3. Remove factory front bumper held by 4 bolts - 2 bolts on far right and 2 on far left of each side of the bumper.
4. Gently remove the front bumper assembly away from the vehicle and lay it face down on soft surface.
5. Remove factory fog lamps held by 4 screws each and replace them with Delta Xenon Fog Lamps.
6. Install Delta Bumper Fog Lamp Assemblies (Fog Lamps, Billet Bezels and Spring Loaded Brackets). See photos 2 & 3
7. Connect Delta Wire Harness to Delta Fog Lamps. Reverse steps # 3, 2 and 1 to install back the bumper on to a vehicle.
8. Install Relay on the wire harness in a close proximity to the battery.
9. Ground each black wire on Fog Lamps and Relay using sheet metal screws to any metal surface under the hood.
10. Route the blue (switch wire) alongside the firewall to the driver’s side and puncture through the rubber grommet to get
inside the passenger compartment.
11. Install the switch on the dashboard (left to the steering column) by snapping the side panel of the dashboard and drilling
½” hole in the dashboard. For best result use our Billet Aluminum Switch Plate #05-2001-3X
12. Connect blue wire to the switch prong with lamp icon.
13. Using short red wire connect switch prong with + icon to any “hot wire” under dash using snap-lock connector (provided).
14. Connect the black wire leading from the switch to any grounded metal surface under the dashboard.
15. Remove the fuse from the harness and connect the red wire leading from the relay to the positive post on the battery.
Now insert the fuse back into the fuse holder. (See photo #4)
