SEA-FIRE FM-200® MD & MG Manual ONLY Fire Suppression Systems
are pre-engineered and designed to protect enclosed compartments. All MD
& MG systems are manually actuated by a pull cable. Upon discharge, the
extinguishing agent (FM-2QQ®) floods the compartment with an electrically
nonconductive, noncorrosive vapor that stops the combustion process through
both physical and chemical means. FM-2QQ ® removes heat energy from the
fire to the extent that the combustion reaction cannot sustain itself.
