Sprint, PCS The Oklahoma Supreme Court declared a provision of the state's workers compensation act that defers benefits for injured employees who return to work is unconstitutional. Sturgess v. OA Logistics Services, Inc. The Georgia Court of Appeals ruled on exclusive remedy that death from an injury sustained outside of the office was not work-related. A petition for discretionary review is pending before the Georgia Supreme Court. Nebraska and Oklahoma v.
